    I liked the biceps/triceps holds you did: they seem very functional, like if you find yourself hanging from a cliff or something. Always love TRX!

    I dont understand why this vídeo or in general trx workouts have so few views but i think maybe the title has to have more expectations, like do this workout and lose 1 size en 3 sessions because i have!!! This workouts are amazing but the title maybe has to be as amazing as the results and they are great and amazing!! Because de need more vídeos 35-40mins jajaja i started with 10min and also please Amy more abs workouts with new titles!! So you can get more views please please!!

    Unfortunately I don’t have these straps!
    I’m a bit of a plain Jane. Only dumbbells. But if I did id have totally done this. Looks fun!
