Tbh this is pretty valid. But I feel like both should be tried in the same way. Also pretty damn sure murdering 2 people, dui, driving without a licence, overspeeding, reckless driving, and underage drinking, carries a higher sentence than the torture. But I feel like the young minor in the other case should def have been imprisoned too.

This Pune rich kid, if tried as an adult, will be charged primarily under 304 a, negligent driving causing death. It only carries a maximum sentence of 2 years. The other case is far, far more grevious- murder, rape and torcher. That's why the culprits were hanged!
