Not sure about on the Daniel Boone but just for reference for watchers if you have a Jim Bowie 270° works great but allow 30-40 mins for it to come up to temp. I cook a pie in under 2 mins with great leoparding this way.

Is there a particular set of ingredients for the dough you use and can share? Because the last few times I've had to lower to 320 because the bottom charred and the middle didn't cook proper but yours seemed to have come out perfect

I agree, I give the grill between 30 min and an hour at temp to ensure the stone is temp stable.

What temp was the grill set at?
430F is what I set at almost all of the time I make pizza. I get about 800F on the stone
