Why not buy a foiling catamaran (or any racing class boat) and do the racing yourself? I have never understood this. It is like 22 supporters, each having a remote control for one football player on the grass. That is just as strange, ain't it?
We have a small model yacht racing group in our sailing club who are too old or frail to race dinghies. This is the next best thing if you cannot afford a large yacht and a caring crew.
You obviously have no clue about how RC sailboat racing works. Lol! Each boat has its own skipper with its own remote control. I can’t believe you didn’t know that. Or maybe you just don’t know how to express yourself with English.

i (solo) race rc-boats, planes, quadcopters and cars, would set you back quite a bit of time and cash wanting to do that all IRL now would't it
Go to your local club and try it. I do both and can tell you that you get sweaty palms at the start in either.
