If you don't like to grind HG PvP, do my method. When they changed the OG athena quests, they kinda broke them. Me and my crew found this out the day they changed it, we made 1.2m gold and 10 almost 11 athena levels in just 3 hours, that's about 400k per hour. Wanna know how? I'll explain it as best as I can below. When you load into a server (preferably ancient spire to save time) throw up an athena emissary and slap down an ashen athena voyage. Your first 3 quest islands will always be Fetcher's Rest, Flintlock Peninsula and Ruby's Fall. You want to go to Fetcher's first, Flintlock then Ruby's. Once you're done with those quest steps, you're going to notice that your athena island is Devil's Thirst, go there and dig it up. Once it's onboard your ship, put down another ashen athena voyage. Now this is the part where things break. Your 3 quest steps will always be at Devil's Thirst and Ashen Reach's for the next 5 athena voyages, with one island always having 2 quest steps. Since those two islands are so close together, you can get a single quest done in 12 minutes. (I timed some runs we did, best we got was 12:04) Once you've done those 5 voyages, it will reset. Just repeat the process, but on your second run the 5 voyages will be locked between Flintlock Peninsula and Ruby's Fall. Your 3rd run will bring you back down to Devil's Thirst and Ashen Reach's once again. With 11 voyages worth of loot on board, and you sell during gold rush (12am-1pm / 8pm-9pm EST, gives you a 1.5x gold multiplier), you'll make around 1,024,940 gold and get 10 almost 11 athena levels. I was grinding veils before this update for levels / money, and this method is considerably faster and more efficient.
@@Ridel928 it doesn’t, not consistently at least. After trying this method myself, for probably a week, Veils are faster and larger rep boost than Ashen Athena voyages. The payout is better on Veils with guild emissary up to grade 5 but you wanna run Athena emissary for the rep. The “damned” loot from the Veils doesn’t count towards Athena rep, (which really makes no sense) which is why guild emissary gives more gold, but not by a ton. Just do a veil 9/10 times you’ll be grade 5 by the end of it and then you can run the grade 5 Athena emissary voyage, and then run more Veils. Just don’t forget to sell, especially solo. The one thing Ashen Athena voyages have over Veils, is most of the time you’ll be left alone in that area of the map. Veils can be tricky to finish solo if you suck at multitasking like myself, and the tornado can attract other pirates looking for an easy score as well. Ashen Athena is rng with volcanoes and harder to even complete because of the geysers that pop up and constantly hinder you. Sometimes the geysers do help kill skeletons for you though. Here soon when I hit Athena rep 100 I’m gonna try stacking FoTD to see how that compares to running Veils. In a focused 3 hour session I can knock out at least two Veils solo, maybe three. That’ll net you close to 7 levels of Athena rep, with being at Athena rep 50+. It’s just time consuming and the islands can be far away for the three different parts of the Veil. I still feel it’s better than Ashen Athena voyages tho.

Today i noticed Athena comendations for lvl 1 and 2 emessery. Doing the triple devils roar mission. You get to lvl 2 per mission be it the 3 chests the skelly captains and the riddle. Raise and lower your emessery every mission
I’m just trying to get to level 10 cause I just got to pirate legend and once I can get raid voyages ima just abuse an exploit so I’ll never have to worry about leveling it up again lol
@@CaptainWhimsiio it’s long gone now but there was an exploit for sea forts where you could get the loot from it than immediately respawn the loot a infinite amount of times.
@@Mystiqux Another youtuber (KMK) have a spreadsheet about what is best for leveling. Not counting HG then the emissary quest for athena was a clear 2nd place Giving like 33% more emissary value per hour than the Legend of the Veil. Fort of Fortune was a clear 1st. I know his spreadsheet isn't 100% facts but is a result of his testing. However my experience is also that the emissary quest is a bit better than the legend of the veil. However I saw mentioned on reddit that you could do the emissary quest and the new voyage of legends at the same time since they would mostly use the same islands which would make it even more effective. I haven't tried it yet myself but considering that both the emissary quest and voyage of legends will choose islands relatively close to you it makes sense. You can even do it in the Ashen area to get 2x Ashen Chest of Legends.
is chest of fortune in the skeleton fleet now? Yesterday i killed the final galleon of the fleet, i wasn't really trying to do the world event but i ran into the galleon and killed it, and it spawn a ton of loot, with the chest of fortune. I also got the message that i completed the fleet event.
Getting even 1 win in Hourglass is tough challenge, so getting Streak 2 is impossible. I don't know if it's because of low player number or what, but I seem to be put against skilled players constantly.
Hi, could you help me, whenever I play Sea of Thieves after a while, when I'm already in the open world, my game crashes and says I have to update the video driver, but the problem is that there isn't even an update for it. do, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still says that I have to update the video drivers and after a while my computer screen starts blinking

You don’t have to be level 15 for emissary for Athena. It’s like reaper, you can do it right away. I was level 4 Athena and I raised emissary flag. 👍🏻

You dont need to hit level 10 to be athena emmissary. You sell the loot to the sovereigns or the mysterious stranger in the Tavern. Good luck!
