Bro i got LOI in Capgemini last year and more than 1 and half year still waiting now i decided to join BPO after joining bpo if I get a DOJ in Capgemini means can i abscond in bpo can i convince Capgemini Onboarding team now only joined in bpo but suddenly i got Capgemini joining so i abscond in bpo Capgemini ask releiving letter or not any problem will happen or not please reply?
Talk to their hr but mostly they dont care. Bpo you might be on probation so you will have shorter notice period so check that.
