Inspired by the regions of Peru, Japan, and Miami, the Chang siblings take Nikkei cuisine to a new level. I've eaten at Val & Nando's restaurant Itamae many, many times in the Miami Design District. It's 1 of my fave anywhere. I remember when they were inside the food hall & the place was empty, I would sit on bar stools and keep ordering food. They moved into the Palm Court & now they've moved out & are opening a small tasting space close by. A MUST try when in Miami. Michelin * worthy
