Would you like to elaborate on why you consider a highly stable solid metal adjustable angled platform that provides extraordinary stretching of the calf muscles, among a myriad of other benefits 'useless'?
@@rpmpowerIt's not the board. It is indeed a great tool and I own a variation of it myself. It's that all the exercises you show are some variation of calf stretches for which you don't need a slant board in the first place. How about squatting, atg squat or doing calf raises on these?
