I tore my MCL two years ago and am still trying to regain stability in my right knee. These exercises were extremely beneficial, have been doing them the last month and the difference is incredible. Thanks!
I do pistol squats on a slant too because I don't have the ankle mobility to do it on flat ground. Be careful with the stretch at the end by the way. It stretches out the sciatic nerve, which can lead to sciatica.
Thank for creating straight to the point informative content. These protocols have made my lower half more durable. I subscribed and look forward to more great content.
Very nice video! Im currently thinking about slant boards as Ive been wondering if I should get one and seeing your video reminded me of why I wanted one in the first place. Look at what benefits the slant board brings! Its a no brainer at this point. I have a feeling this is going to be one of the best pieces of equipment for the longevity of my knees and ankles. By the way, the music is dope too!
Hi JC Aral - the purpose of the final exercise is to stretch the hamstring and calf. Try to keep the core engaged throughout the exercise and if you feel that your back is stretching too much, reduce weight.
The person has their back a little bit rounded near the bottom of this movement. If you find this happening, work on opening up your hip muscles more, and then really focus on tilting your pelvis forward so that your sip bone touches your quads
a lot of people are getting these boards to do exercises where the knees go over the toes. i’ve noticed improvements in my knees from exercises like this
Look up kneesovertoes/ATG guys explanation of it, it's counter intuitive as it looks like a slump but he explains why its the right way to do that stretch (into Jefferson curl)
Awesome tutorial. I was looking for some instruction on how to use my wedges and now I’ve found it. Cheers

Hey! I have osteochondritis dissecans of the lateral femoral condyle, what's in it for me if I get a slant board?
Do you seriously think we know what any of those words mean
@@9xin haha I couldn't trust no answer from someone who didn't 😅But yes, it's a rare condition
Great video brother👍
Should I feel this mostly in quads of forward leg? I should have asked this of Knees Over Ties Guy when I had a subscription .
Im referring to ATG Squat in my question.
How many degrees are they ??????🤔🤔👍😉
I’ve seen retail ones range 22°-35°. Most people who build them at home use 25°. I use a heavy rubber vehicle curb ramp and it works awesome!

Hi @MALNATT 17, the slope on our Slant Board is 22 degrees. Scientific studies have shown that this is optimal for treatment of Patellar Tendinopathy.
@@slantboard5084 Thank you.
Good vid but need to keep your bac kmuch straighter on that last one.
good video, also you look like a high school version of Brock Purdy 🤣
Knees look like they are going over toes. Isn't that not good?

check out the 'knees over toes' guy. He showing how it safe to move your knees over your toes.
I hate when people bend over and round their backs in these videos

I really want content creators to re-think using white backgrounds.
Why?
can straight people also use these?
