No, it's the classic. I have a burden to prove who was driving and the speed at the time of the violation. The same applies to fleeing. Take the win of getting the intel on the vehicle and who was operating at the time it was located and get them next time.
Also, posting videos of the crime also helps with convictions later.

@@jeremiahjames3145 As a "connecting to community" car, sure. They aren't used in chases for a few common sense reasons. As well as federal and state law like "civilian danger chase cutoff". People seemingly underestimate police interceptors too. The amount of chases that involve high tune/high power cars is pretty low, they will catch most cars. Most times they don't engage or cutoff anything high power unless it's a fleeing felon or felony suspect. Then there's sport bikes which most don't bother with unless you're in a group. It's like Dubai's fleet of super/hypercars. They are for connecting with the community. But, that's not the issues I have with this video anyways.
