We all pretty much guessed long ago that Sabo was still alive because usually in anime/manga when you don't actually see someone dead then that means they'll magically reappear some day. Makes more sense for someone to use the Fire fruit to beat Akainu in honour of Ace.

No, they aren't. Filler mostly extend some parts from the manga which were kinda short in it. I'm not a big fan of fillers anyway, but the ones who make a good scene even better ... Fuck yeah, great stuff. Just like movie 4, 6, 10 and 11 (Z).
He's not correct. In case you don't know, One Piece and also Naruto are both Shounen. Shounen are normally always for teenagers (means teenager in english for a reason). So saying One Piece is just for kids means saying Naruto is also for kids. Both series have grown up and are able to entertain now people in my age as well. For me, I'm not a fan from Naruto anymore since that stupid war but yes, everyone has his own taste.
