This recall involves Drill Master 18-volt cordless drills with item number 68239 and item number 68287. The drills are black with a red switch and were sold with an 18 volt rechargeable battery pack. Item number 68239 was sold individually and item number 68287 was sold as part of a kit, which included a flashlight. The flashlight is not included in the recall. NOTE: the switch featured in this video comes from the 69651 model drill, not subject to recall. - Наука
Good video and good information...put I have questions from where you get the new switch I need a new one........thank you ..and keep going..........
How would one go about using much bigger mosfets, but using the pwm from a drill to power a go-kart or even a larger craft? Larger capacity motors, larger battery Bank, the mosfets that can handle the load... but a variable drill trigger for the throttle? LOL
i,ll need this switch
Mine still works after i deleted the saftey crap over heat protection that was coming on wayyyy to soon
Hi, i hope you doing good. my concern is that my drill trigger switch was damaged and i changed to bell door switch. but drill is turning reverse. please suggest how to do switch connection for clockwise.
Asghar Ali
thank you sir
5:01 and which ic is used here is that pwm ? Plz tell its model number or its work ?
Hi, I have similar switch - broken. In my circuit I found ic: GS069 + exploded power transistor :) so I am happy to see here is N-mosfer SDK424T, so looks I can replace it with IRFZ44 or 60N06 ...
I need a replacement switch just like this. Where did you get them. Thanks
I sell them on ebay, its the last one: www.ebay.com/itm/284588876019 Note: It may not be the exact same model as the one featured in the video, and it may take some adjustment to get it to work with your drill, and does require soldering , strictly for avid DIYers.
You just voided the warranty! Jk. I like taking things apart too.
Its complicated
they fail cuz they used a ton of grease which gums up the contacts
