I recently watched a video of a girl crocheting a rat in a suitcase with accessories. There was a shirt, dress, robe with matching slippers, little piece of cheese, tiny teddy bear, pillow n lil blanket. Everything was crocheted. She paid for the pattern, but I'm gonna just freehand it n make several different styles as in different animals. I don't recall who she was or her RUclips channel, but it'd be easy to search for. She made it in acrylic yarn n the suitcase was about the size of an iPad. It's sort of a big project, but looks very worth it. It can be made in 1 day. You could add more accessories n everything fits in the suitcase
I love orange! You could make UVa stuff!! Heehee. The yarns are so beautiful. The colors are mesmerizing. Now I just want to go to the fabric store to stand and stare at the yarn. A S'mores? Cute! You must have a million patterns by now!
A sleepy lovey that hangs over the side of a crib with corner paws and a head between 2 of the legs. Make a rectangle and whatever plushie head and little paws you like. Go bananas with it.
Hi karen. i realise I'm a bit late with a comment, but I struggled with the Pom Pom, it kept splitting. I also take forever to choose a pattern and worry that they are getting more and more expensive, considering they are downloads.. Please keep turning out your videos, I love your honesty and your happy ways.
Ooooh so jealous with that yarn haul!!!! I think you would have to make a cup cake with sprinkle icing with the pom pom yarn!! Can’t wait to see what you make. I really need to get my bum into gear and finish making my next video!!

I have the same issue about finding something new to make but what happens is I order supplies for it and then by the time the supplies arrive I’m already on to the next shiny object.😅 it’s a beautiful haul friend. i came across your videos one day, and realized that we actually started crocheting around the same time and watched a lot of the same videos and crocheted a lot of the same patterns. i really relate to your enthusiasm and love for crocheting, and also some of the questions and discoveries we're all making as we figure out this crochet thing lol. i find your videos to be really relaxing and fun to watch (as i crochet ofc). and yes i have the same issue with bernat blanket! some skeins are unbelievably soft and easy to work with (a lot of but not all of the baby blanket line that i've tried), but others almost feel like they stick to my hook, make these terrifying squeaking sounds, and i have to exert insane force to work each stitch.

@@YarnandWhimsyDesigns there's a pocket penguin pattern by madeline mae co that i just spam crocheted recently because it's so fun to work and i can make in a zillion diff color palettes. like you, i also made a baby yoda, but i used a diff pattern by fancy lama on yt, except i used bernat baby pink + sand (these were the good skeins!) and purple glitter eyes, and the thing turned out immensely cute.

I tried the Misty Jungle on a small amigurumi bunny and it killed me! I’m interested if you had the same problem. Maybe some colors are easier?
Yes! Bernat can be very unpredictable. If you get an older style skein, it can be miserable. Some of them are so soft and buttery though!
