Oh my goodness, this looks wonderful , we can get sea bass in the UK where I'm from, but it's so expensive here, which really doesn't make sense been an island you would think it should be reasonably priced, but it's not. This is actually the best method ,cos putting flour in the oil or coating the fish is good but your oil becomes dirty after frying and that’s not actually good looking . This method is better , I believe it’s the flour in the bread doing the same job. Better method , better results , same ingredients 😃😃😃
