I cut my locs, decided to reattch them for one of the locs to fall out from not being reattached correctly.. I'm cutting them off AGAIN.... and this time I will not be a slave to hair and length. GREAT VIDEO SIS ❣️
Wow that's a lot of cutting and reattaching loll! 😂And yesss free yourself! At the end of the day you have to do what's best for you. I'm so glad you've decided to take that step!🙌🏾 Thanks for watching!💕
Kayla you are Beautiful! I think you did a great thing. Your TWA looks awesome. And can we just talk about your Smile. You are Gorgeous. I'm Loc'd. I love my Locs. But...I miss My Curls. TFS❤️
Thank you for this video, you are so transparent with your reasons, this is how I have been feeling for months. I have had mine for around 4 and a half years and the build up is just so bad. You look beautiful regardless of how your hair is styled, once again, thank you for the video 😊😊
Aww thank you so much! I know it can be hard to let go, especially when you've had them for a while, but at the end of the day we need to do what's best for our hair to keep it healthy. Thanks for watching! 💕
Your hair looks great. I was gonna get a short cut but I cut off a few inches then switched to locs. I trimmed a lot of my locs with skinny ends. I’m glad I got that cut first because I damaged my hair with combing too roughly.
Just ran across your channel. Love your Big chop. You can always start them again if you like. Your skin looks healthy. What lip gloss are you wearing?. Did you texturize after the chop?
Thank you so much!😄 Yes, I'll see if somewhere down the line I'll get locs again 😏🤷🏾♀️ I'm actually not sure what the name of the lipgloss is. It's from Mac and the name came off but if I figure it out I'll definitely come back and let you know! Regarding my hair texture, no I didn't texturize it. I think now that my hair is "new" so to speak, and healthy, my natural texture is really shining through!
It looks like all the colored parts are the areas that were damaged. With or without color you always have to moisturize your hair....if not it will eventually thin out and break off.
I agree. I think my ends were damaged before I started locs, so I don't think the color did it. The color definitely made it more obvious though. And yes, moisture is key! Dryness probably played a big part.
