Businesses don’t even respect engineering. The businessmen take the money; engineers simply get more work as an award. So don’t blame people for not going into the technical fields.
Danny Quah there’s one thing engineers forget,the actual process that goes in building the building.The easier said than done part.welds,all the wrong prints,beams already laid out and ya gotta go back plug holes add holes change a angle clip ,on a 16 hole end plate ya got 2 bolts started ya have to take a die grinder to the rest.porosity in welds, windows out of square,out of square beams,camber in beams the opposite direction,
Now Engineers don't have job... Specially Civil & Mechanical😂😢😅 & those who have the job have very less salary. Civil engineers work much harder & have tougher work as compared to other engineering field still they are underpaid
