I love this kind of biscuits, in Italy we have cantucci similar to these, we eat them with vin santo, a white sweet wine. In France we have (yes: I am both 😁😘) biscuits de Provence, very similar, to eat with Sauternes, and personally I eat them with whiskey!!! Thank you.
Ah, there is no better cookie than biscotti. Well, except for maybe ANZAC biscuits. 😂I love to make them using cranberries and pecans, as well as making chocolate biscotti. Sometimes, I will reserve some from the second baking so I can enjoy whilst I am baking off the sliced cookies. Dipping them in some good chocolate (white, milk or dark) makes them extra special. Thank you again, so very much, for this video and recipe! 😊💖🙏
Orange biscotti will be a great treat with my coffee. I'll have to keep a stash of these flavorful orange biscotti treats. Thank you for the great recipes you share with everyone. Your puppy is very cute. Your beagle was very cute too.
We have an Ophelia sighting! She's so cute. A lot like my Sheba. This biscotti looks divine. And I love orange zest in cooking, crepe suzettes are my fave. I will definitely try this.
Can you help!? Love the flavor of these biscottis, but the batter was quite sticky when I took it from the bowl and now they are crumbly, not snappy. What did I do wrong? (I DID add more than 1 tblspn of Grand Marnier…?)
Looks delicious! Can't wait to try the recipe! Could you add almond extract to enhance the almond flavor? About how much would you add? Thanks and keep sharing!
How do you measure your flour? Would like to make these but a cup of flour can vary in the way measured. Pehaps you can let me know in ounces or grams? Thanks so much! These look wonderful & easy.
