- Heyya a new video and this time for akross /o/
I finally decided to watch monster last month after spike told me it plays in germany (shame on me for ignoring this masterpiece for so long) and I just had to edit it. First started a project with "stranger in a strange land" from thirty seconds to mars but quickly decided to drop that. I started this video after rewatching one of my fav hannibal vids (link is down below) and thought the song is a perfect match. Finally after 3 weeks and vegas crashing about 105 times this shit was done. Honestly this was my personal favourite from this Akross. Very cozy to watch, it's simple and strong, and I will probably still rewatch it a few times.

There is something about Monster that made it hard to create a good AMV for it, that's the complexity and heavily moral story which is too much to take in one short AMV. If you do not watch/read the show/manga, you might have no idea about what was going on.
But this AMV is great. It doesn't need to tell the story about it. Simply show what it has and let the audience figure out themself, what a clever way to deliver it. Most of the time it would be some random anime scenes here and there with no actual meaning plus some music in the background, but the music choice in the AMV is the best it can be, really catch the tone and atmosphere of the show. Well done!
Wow thank you! And yeah you perfectly explained it. This was actually the biggest criticism I mostly got in the contest I joined. Most people didnt understand that i was only trying to capture what the show makes you feel and not retell it again in it's entirety.

This AMV is the reason I watched Monster and I listened Beautiful crime on every single page I read. This has a lot of meaning to me and one of the best edits I have seen. (Monster is the best anime/manga I have seen/read). Thank you so much for it.

One of the greatest AMVs out there. The more times I watch it, the better it becomes. I remember seeing it for the first time it didn't really caught my attention, but then I gave it another chance some other time and since then it just get better and better. Aweosme work.

Great Job man, well executed. I liked it a lot especially since Monster is my favorite anime! Scene choice was on point except for a few moments where the lyrics stopped being followed or just appearance of random scenes here and there, also found some of the flares very out of place by the end of the video. Other than that, fantastic job, keep it up.
