I push both regular and mongo, but my mongo push has never been 100% solid. After binge-watching your videos and studying your technique, something just clicked in my brain and now my mongo push is just as strong as my regular. So glad I found your channel. Really nice location, BTW. It must be nice to have a spot where you can get away from the constant clash with cars and pedestrians (in SF I also have to deal with dogs, road debris - broken car window glass, human crap, hypodermic needles, street car rails, and a mine field of potholes. Keep rollin'!
Thank you, I really appreciate you for watching my videos! Yes my mongo pushing is almost as I’m trying to push regular. As I push my back foot is never fully back and it’s always centered, it’s almost as I’m trying to place it all the way forward but my body is saying nope and my left leg takes the lead. I’m glad my strange mongo technique helped strengthen your mongo pushing. For a second I thought you were describing NYC as this is where I’m originally from and it sounds very similar. Florida is a very beautiful place with so many amazing places to cruise. But I always wanted to visit SF.
Good question. Of course this is paradise so there are definitely a lot of good places from beautiful Waterfront Park around Van Wezel to Waterside Place in Lakewood Ranch. My personal favorite is Bird Key Park! I start from St Armands and finish at Bird Key main entrance when it’s sunny out and it’s not windy this place is Heaven. Thanks for watching. I’ll see you out there.
Take a moment to subscribe to the channel and don’t forget to take a look at my shorts.
Cara que lugar lindo
Thank you
