  • One of the things I find most fun about Swedish buns is that they are so versatile. There are many different fillings and many different ways to twist and shape them. There are no hard and fast rules and you can shape any bun with any filling in any way you want. I’ll be showing you 5 different ways to shape your buns plus 1 large format version that are good for a crowd.
