    Lauki ki Bhujia:
    Ingredients:
    Bottle gourd ½ kg
    Whole red chilies 8-10
    White cumin 1 tsp
    Lemons 2
    Green chilies 2
    Oil ½ cup
    Salt to taste
    Tomato 2
    Onion 1
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Coriander powder ½ tsp
    Method:
    Peel 1 kg bottle gourd and cut it into pieces. Take ½ kg oil in the pan and add in bottle gourd and stir fry it. Now add all ingredients and roast well finally bottle gourd leave on dum for 5 minutes delicious Lauki ki Bhujia .
    Hari Mirch Moong Daal:
    Ingredients:
    Yellow lentil ½ kg
    Green chilies 12
    Garlic 4 cloves
    Ginger 1 piece
    Curry leaves 6
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Tomatoes 2
    Salt 1 tsp
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Chaat masala ½ tsp
    Oil ½ cup
    For garnish:
    Ginger (finely cut) as required
    Green coriander as required
    Method
    Boil yellow lentil and keep aside. Now add tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, salt and turmeric in chopper and chopped them well. Then heat oil add cumin and curry leaves when aroma comes then add chopperizedmasala and saute well. Now add boiled yellow lentil and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Then add all spice, chaat masala, ginger and green coriander cover and turn off the flame.
    Bhuna Qeema:
    Ingredients:
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Capsicum 2
    Green chilies 4
    Green coriander ½ bunch
    Tomatoes 250 gm
    Red chili powder 2 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 2 tsp
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Bay leaves 1
    Onion 250 gm
    Method:
    Heat oil and fry onion .now add tomatoes ,ginger ,garlic ,salt ,red chili ,turmeric ,coriander powder ,all spices powder ,black pepper and bay leaves add and roast well then add 2 cup of water and cook on low heat .when mince tender and water dry then add capsicum ,green chili green coriander add and 5 minutes leave on dum then serve it.
