- Quite a refreshing approach and something completely new in the CPU tower cooler department. This is the all new ARCTIC FREEZER 36 A-RGB that comes in black and white. Two P12 PWM PST A-RGB fans to accompany the really solid passive heatsink with a nice subtle design. Check out this video if you are interested in thermals concerning an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X compared to a 360 radiator, then full review with loads of details that you need to know as well as tutorial what brings a huge smile on my face because of a completely different way of placing those fans on the cooler.

Arctic is doing everything right at the moment
We were waiting for some time but worth it 100%!
Bought this for my 5600x. Will post temperatures once it arrives if anyone is interested
Im interested! Watching this because the stock cooler on my 5600x is getting a bit tired and want it to run cooler hit 92c playing Star Wars Jedi survivor last night ! Hottest I’ve ever seen it
@@kanethomo2483 53C° on cinebench 100% usage
@@kanethomo2483 will inform you more how it runs on games etc when i play 👍
@@kanethomo2483 Cinebench R23 multicore cpu temp was max 53C°
Will update more when i try out some games 👍
Definetly a good cooler for the 5600x. On elden ring my temps were 53-55C°, allthough ER doesnt stress cpu much since its capped at 60fps.
I will try CS2 and see how temps are in it.
Its very quiet cooler too!
@@kanethomo2483cinebench r23 100% usage after 10min 52-55C° max. Gaming 46-54C max
Those snap-on fans are a really great idea. Arctic seems to know how to make stuff mount easily
Totally! Such a cool feature I am really impressed!
thanks, we squeeze our brains to get better performance but also to make it more user friendly, happy to see it pays off.
Wow, 3 badges!!! we are so happy. Thanks for the review and glad that you like the cooler and the fan mounting solution.
Well deserved! The fan mounting solution is definitely something that made the building process so much easier. Might consider doing this for the case fans as well if the case manufacturers implement this or patent it as well. Imagine, click click click, three fans done on a case. That would be outstanding and would save so much time in general.
Installed yesterday for my r5600x>
Easy install, good paste (mx-6) that came with it, good quiet fans.
Temps> cinebench r23 100% usage 52-55C° max at end
Elden ring 46-54C°. Amazing price/quality recommend
I have the same configuration, which one did you get?
finally, a typical argb tower cooler from arctic, without plastic shrouds or colored fans
Outstanding altogether honestly. 🙌
The only issue is that you lose the possibility of offsetting the fan if required.
There is honestly no reason to offset the fan(s) and I forgot to mention that. No RAM clearance problems, VRM heatsink clearance or anything similar to that. ;)
Best Priceperformence ever... good job Arctic
Fantastic cooler. Fans are barely audible at even 80%. It's keeping my 5700X nice and cool. CPU temp at idle is 30C and sometimes under! 😮
Brilliant stuff for for £22!
What is the CPU temp during gaming?
@@Pawcio2115 About 57-60C
@@TR1PLE_6 thx. I think it would work well with the Ryzen 5 7500F
How it look, when compered to Freezer 34 eSports Duo ?
You think this cooler can keep a stock configuration Ryzen 5700X3D cool?
Hi, will this air cooler be enough for the i7 12700k?
i'd like it more if the arctic logo lit up as well.
Might be easy but on Intel systems installing this one voids the motherbard warranty. Tightening the contact plate too tight and motherboard goes bad. Normal issues will be memory errors. Contact plate is a pro if installed correctly. I cannot understand why they dont provde the torque. Or actaually I understand why. It might become expensive since torque is likely different depending on motherboards.
A good cooler but very few reviewers mention this.
How is the ram clearance i want to populate all 4 ram slots with g-skill ripjaws is this cooler ok for that???? Nice video btw.......
am i weird or u didn't peel the plastic that shows arctic logo 🤔
Do these fans spin once power is provided? I tested my fans out by chaining them together and plugging in the power but the fans do not spin.
Only thing is the daisy chain link is a 3 pin.
Where is Arctic factory based at?
02:23 It seems one of the fins on bottom right side is slightly crooked or is that just how it's supposed to be?
Great video man. But i have a question.
Im planning on buying 7600x and this artic cooler, will the 86°C temp damage cpu? With long use?
Or should i try water cooling
Wdym 86C? It will me much lower
And no, cpus thermalthrottle when they get too hot. Unless u run w absolute shi cooler and alot of OC it might do harm after years
Are screws the same types you get with Arctic fans? I'm just wondering in case I want to replace argb fans with normal p12's.
what air cooler you guys recommend for the 5800x3d?
i got this for my 7800x3d works just fine
@@crm4667hi what is the temp on loads
@Estadlish 50-60 while gaming, it's not bad it definitely cools more then well enough, an aio would be a few degrees cooler but this is more reliable long term. I did undervolt my cpu btw
Can i ask you something?
You already did, but shoot. :)
so do you remember the invader x case build you did? so i got the same pc tower case but do you need the adata xp g prime box for the rgb on it to work?@@PCCrazyDario
Hi! How about pairing this buddy with an Intel i5-13400? How about RAMs? Is there good clearance? Thank you so much!
how's it compare to the scythe mugen 6 or fuma 3 for temps?
21euros, it's just a no brainer for small cpu's
Thumbs up!
Definitely!
Hey, does anyone knows how to change the rgb?
Would this be good for a 13700k?
LOOK for 7-14700 air cooler
hello
how can this preform with ryzen 7 7700 non x please ?
Just fine
FREEZER 36 TEMP 87,SO SAD
It’s AMD. Any cooler would have high temps on them…

Im making my first PC rn and this part kinda confused me lol, really reassuring video
