I'm just a traffic marshal in construction. Managers look down their nose at me. I smile inside. They don't know that I'm a multi lingual, university educated, intelligence analyst who has chosen to live this way after I put that life away in my 40s due to stress. I'm 59 now. I'm carnivore. I'm irritatingly happy.

Great stuff. I am 64 and feel the healthiest in decades. I look at my friends who eat all the cereals and a sad diet with all their illnesses. I smile inside too. Just wish I could convince them about this woe. One friend is in hospital and still is taking nutritional advice from the medical community. She has gallstones and pancreatitis in pain. I’m sure she will be put on statins and other terrible medication. Before she went in hospital she was advised to lose weight and the diet of course they put her on was low fat!

Stephen in Australia Lee. It has taken about 2/3 of my life to reach a point where I now aim for 'content'. It's not too much of a drop to sadness when you experience that, it's an easy climb from content to happiness when you are fortunate enough to experience that. I used to be a hardcore people pleaser. I still enjoy bringing happiness to others, but no longer at the expense of it compromising my core beliefs. I realized quite a long time ago that my goal in life, regardless of what I achieve professionally and in my after work interests, is to contribute much more good than harm to those I travel through my life with. Being part of the carnivore community, and being able to enjoy the positivity that comes with that, I always marvel at the closed-minded way so many of my fellow travelers move through their lives. They are willing to hand over control of their health to people who put profit ahead of sound health outcomes for their fellow men and women, settling for mediocrity and self inflicted disease.
I've never commented before, but really appreciate your lovely, heartfelt words. 😊

It’s similar for me too, I so relate to what you are saying. I’m a gardener, working all sorts of gardens, but the owners big house or small, young or old are all eating cereals, grains, jam and marmalade etc. same old story and I go home and eat a ribeye, various meats, eggs and butter, lol. They are moaning about their arthritis, poor balance, doctor’s appointments etc. I find it humorous now because I’ve told them how they can change things, but they don’t want to give up their bread, or make any changes to see if they can get any better. They never suffered enough to try anything different.😊

Hey Lee, Couldn't agree more I couldn't care less what other people think of me anymore, when I used to be so worried about fitting in with the crowd. My mindset has totally changed & the things I used to think were important, are meaningless to me now. I look at it like a badge of honor, that the majority of my coworkers and acquaintances think I'm nuts. Despite the fact that they all know how I eat and have all seen me reverse T2D, HBP, debilitating arthritis, anxiety, and so much more. they think I've lost my marbles, eating my meat only diet and walking around outside @ lunch with only a pair of shorts on. Meanwhile they eat their animal crackers, donuts, and bananas, all day long, and wine about all their ailments, and Dr appointments, and pharmaceuticals, and woe is me about every little thing in their lives. I have a small group of family & friends who know and love me as I am, and that's all I need/want.

Awww I love your speech ! That’s very inspiring. I wish I will be like you one day Lee ! The way you see the world and life now.
I recognise myself in a lot of things you say about your old self. and I am currently trying to change, to get better and live a more meaningful life. I quit my consultant job which was just killing me inside. I am still trying to figure things out, but eating red meat helps me getting better emotionally bit by bit.
Ah ! I agree about angry people , I used to think anger comes from sadness, like the pain stings them so they react with anger, trying to run away from something. So yeah, this is fear ! Anger coming from fear makes sense.
Thank you Lee for sharing your thoughts ! I think you are a wonderful and inspiring person !

"In the lattice of existence, where biology and economics intertwine, the corruption of nourishment is not just a flaw in governance but a deviation from the fundamental order of life. To repair it requires not merely policy shifts, but the recalibration of a species' awareness-returning to the wisdom encoded in its very evolution, where sustenance was once synonymous with survival, not exploitation."

Its wonderfully comfortable to be who you are Lee. Im poorly at the minute after COVID and the flu. I felt like giving up on this diet for a moment and had to think long and hard about all the other things its helped.me with and i can't let myself down wih negative thoughts when im unwell.
People laugh at me, or tell me im ill because of this diet? When they've no idea what ive been through .
I've tried to help others, i go to people to help them in their homes and they say that they would give this diet a go? I spend time giving them the information and directing them to your channel and others also But they only half do it.
They charge to Bacon and eggs with bread in s sandwich or sausages with potatoes and Yorkshire? Better than a ready meal i agree. But they are not really interested.
Im basically a cleaner and i don't care what people think of me, i think it's a valuable job an essential one that keeps people safe. My inlaws look at me like I'm nothing. Thats ok, i can live with that.
They don't know that once i was one of only three women in the fire service. One of the first. That i bought up four children under extremely difficult and violent circumstances also during my fire service days and battled with that marriage for 23yrs. But They judge me now...
Ive stopped careing what they think or anyone else because ive realised, they don't know me at all and never will.
Im content Lee, that's something ive never ever had, i don't have a lot but im so grateful for the partner i have in my life now, my step son, my children and the roof over my head. I can function and im no longer killing myself with working long long days doing three jobs a day, six days a week and still never affording to eat properly .
Doing less and having less and eating well has saved me like no doctor could.
Your video is so poinient for me today and im sure many many others🙏
God bless you, you are a real human being, so honest, open and have integrity.
    Rare qualities now day's 🙏
    Thank you Lee👍.

I have become much more mentally resilient too - no longer ruminate excessively about stuff or constantly over-criticise myself, it's much easier to let things go and to interact with people as a socially-awkward introvert.

Lee please protect yourself, please with your creative work and your trade. Use gloves, respirator, mask, hooded plastic protective coveralls like house painters wear safety goggles. When doing your art, go solvent free.
I thank God for your brilliant and witty ability to communicate information that will save so many mortals lives.
I’ve been on Lion diet for a year, and had so many health improvements and felt so good. What started happening in early summer, numbness and neuropathy. Blindsided me.
2 MRIs and x-rays showed no structural reason why these things were happening. I was referred to a neurologist, and possible MS was mentioned.
I worked with odorless mineral spirit for 30 years for my oil, painting, business, and 10 years with alcohol based solvent as a staff artist illustrator for a local newspaper. Autoimmune been brewing for 40 years.
I have no diagnosis yet and see the Neurologist 10/11. Reading about neurodegenerative disease is so frightening. I’m thankful I found lion diet. I feel I was lead there for my best chance. Things out of our control are in God hands.

WOW my man!! We have so much in common its not even funny - and by reading the comment section we have a large group of amazing ppl here who are all like minded. Hearing about how you use to think and worry is what I have tortured myself for countless years. I am beyond proud of myself for now not GAF about the small stuff on a daily basis. I'm a corporate manager for a large developer and I run my employees with a simple message - don't stress or overthink the small stuff, enjoy everyday, be proud and have fun. I too don't take what I do too seriously anymore, it ruins so many aspects of life. I truly believe once a person gets their fuel source correct, the rest will fall in line much easier.
Great talk Lee, your content is gold mate! Bless up ✊
