For the lubrication, do you use a food safe lubricant?

Good idea for any area touched by fruit! Use minimum amount possible and wipe away any excess.

My only problem is all the destemmers are huge!! Its a pity noone makes smaller destemmers for sall homes or small wine producers processing up to 100-200l of wine

I agree. Ours is the smallest we've seen.
