I would love for you to make longer let's play videos! I also feel like the factory tours are quite short but maybe there's not much to talk about. Anyway love the vids anyway, keep it up!
I would LOVE longer playthroughs that break down and show everything. It's becoming a bit meh just being shown something when its already finished and just be given an overview of whats been done.
I know this is a month old, and you might have already done this in another video, but for empty space, or for aesthetic purposes, I find using, and painting Mark 1 straight pipes can fill in some cool areas. They don't hook up to anything and often end in the logistic floors, but it can make some really nice additions to a dull factory, especially when colored a complimentary shade. YOu can also do some neat tricks with beams and lighting to add even more effects, and the valves also produce a bit of steam at random intervals for an industrial touch! Hope it helps!
beautiful looking build dude. you can defintly see how you are taking ideas from the fan factory series and integrating them in to your builds and making them your own.
1:25 OK, that transition was SLICK!!! 10/10 editing and presentation, my friend. Also, thank you for your videos. You're a massive help. Edit: also, before you start a new save, you may want to do one last video where you really catalogue everything in your current world. Just do one big tour, and keep your amazing work in the history books.
One question I still have and havent found mentioned in a vid is... in this scheme where you're training in ore and smelting it all down en masse, how do you run specific quantities to other projects located elsewhere?
2:22 How do you manage to out the signs onto the ceiling? If I try it, it always goes vertical looking like a huge billboard. What’s the trick behind it?
I’ve never gotten past versatile framework automation and tractor supply chains. I don’t know how on earth you can make all these factories half the size of mine and producing 6x as complex parts at 2000% the speed.
As soon as you get the hoverpack, you'll find yourself laying down powerlines absolutely everywhere. Most of the Satisfactory wildlife simply cannot cope with someone flying, even if they are flying along a power line, and flying this way needs no fuel as long as you have power.
To be fair, part of my exploration kit is dragging power lines everywhere. Mostly because building a quick 2 power poles is instant zip line to go up or down. Then, of course, if you stumble across any wrecks you will have power if it wants power to open it. Finally, it lets you have your whole electric grid anywhere. Find a new ore node you need? Well you got power with you. Throw that miner down and get to work.
5:40 TOM !!!! Rule#1 about train stations : BUFFERS ! Always put big storage at inputs AND outputs of train stations... to compensate the stop in flow during loading and unloading. I KNOW you know this man ❤ Love you
Definitely longer/more frequent let's play videos for 1.0 would help keep me invested
This is the Penultimate Episode of our Satisfactory lets play series. The NEXT video will be INSANE! After we'll start a whole new save!
So fucking impressive. My brain cant comprehend how to do this or be this creative when building.
This mad lad still chugging away with 1.0 a mere 13 days away.
hahaha Got to finish the Nuke plant almost there, but it's taken over 100 hours :D
@@TotalXclipse aren’t a bunch of recipes and ratios going to get messed up by 1.0??
@@IAmNumber4000 Yep, which is why I hope to have this series finished by then :D

I'm all about the details, and the content! If you make the longer let's play Vids, I will definitely watch every minute of them!
3 2 1 backup. learn it. master it. preach it!
Amazing build, as usual. The lighting and layers look fantastic.
If you don't mind - how much time do you think it took to build that aluminum plant?
Not that many, the next video though is now over 100 hours :D
17:23 - This looks amazing
Yooo ya'll excited for 1.0? So hyped for the story!
Your best factory design yet. I’m stealing your air conditioning unit, have been thinking about how to do that myself!

I really admire your creativity m8. I wish i could do this. 😢😅
Damn total, love the look of that build, notes taken!
Awesome design
Wait, you can send multiple drone shipments at the same time?!

... setting a color value to negative? That's a thing?
RGB only runs from 0 -> 255, so it will just round to 0 by default.
I didn't know this was a thing either until seeing it here.
It does not round to 0! It is actually a bug/feature of u8 and helps get more defined colors.
Oh yes

Awesome video!! SAD I didn't get picked for a factory tour.... BUT Still love your content Tom!
Honestly I have so many more tours to do, just haven't had time yet to do them
I have to say that decorating may have made my gibblets gibble.
Parabéns, ótimo trabalho 👏
looks at these building, loks at my own cubes with a window here and there, cries self to sleep

How do you build so well? My factories all end up looking like floating boxes.
Couple of months left to 1.0
Translation: Less than 2 weeks left
I know this was recorded a long time ago, just making a joke
but... why not put the space elevator in that gigantic circular space? It would look awesome.
I did, but I wanted to have the production facilities in there first.
@@TotalXclipse Same braincell! :D

It's not necessary because I'm bringing more resources than's needed so the factory buffers are always full...
First Comment, lol. Excited for this video!
LOL at people that spend 4x as much time building the pointless aesthetic exterior as the functional internal factory.
Ficsyt: BE EFFECTIVE.
No point building a working factory if you can't look at it and be pleased with it's beauty :D
