    I’m currently half in but trying everyday to eat more calories but my weight keep going up. My lowest was 135 but I was under eating restricting and over doing cardio for hours plus working 7 days a week. Then I stoped training so much and did 5 days went to 145 and now I’m 152 but training 4 days no cardio just light weight. I feel a lot better sleep really good I think it the ashwaganda and eating more but I’m scared I’m going to go back to my current weight before I lost weight which was 200 my highest I ever was in my life.

      You have to fully allow yourself everything for all in to work. Without the guilt, without the judgement, just eat. I know how hard it is to see your body change so rapidly- I really struggled and still do with this. But I promise you, if you fully commit to the process, you will find that your body will slowly find its place. Keep at it!!

    Thank you for Sharing 💛 What I am asking myself: Why there are so many very big people especially in the uk and us, who weight 250+lbs. I can not imaging that their weight is healthy. Why cant they stop eating? I am in quasi recovery and I am really afraid

    • @sissisdraulig2268
      @sissisdraulig2268 3 года назад +6

      They are obese often because of yoyo dieting and bingeing which brings them at a higher set point weight, or because they are emotionally eating really often and so totally disconnected with hunger and full ness. The highly processed foods don’t help either

      Your feelings are valid. They are not facts 🙏❤️‍🩹. The fear you feel is very real. Also medically speaking muscle weighs more than fat, but you “appear slimmer”. But that’s not what it’s about. Someone’s weight doesn’t solely dictate their health. Plenty of people are healthy at whatever weight they are. Fatphobia (mines internalised) but something I am working through daily. It can be externalised or internalised.
      As long as you are medically sound with no health complications, your weight is no one’s concern. Not even yourself. 🙏❣️

      Obesity is related to genetics, environment, health knowledge, food availability, finance, time, medications , mental health etc.
      These increase likelihood of ending up in with obesity, as they promote eating in a caloric excess (for the person's own needs, there's no specific number)

    Do you have any recommendations for... mucus (gross, sorry for this question)? Thats my biggest challenge right now aside from the bloating, the gas, the expansion, and the depression. I've accepted all those, hahah, but this mucus in my throat is another level of frustrating.

    • @minalovis
      @minalovis 2 года назад +4

      hi there! i'm not esti, obviously, but i thought i'd share my thoughts on your question anyways. so first of all, i believe the only one who knows whether or not you need to gain weight is your own body, no bmi scale or doctor or whatever can know this, especially since your body's healthy weight will change during your lifetime, depending on the circumstances. so in order to find out whether or not you need to gain weight, you need to eat unrestrictedly, even if that means you eat thousands and thousands of calories from processed sugary foods for a period of time. your body might need to heal a lot of damage that has been done to it by underfueling, overexercising, purging, whatever it is, and healing takes a lot of energy. plus your body might feel the need to overshoot, because that way it can be sure it can allow energy to be used for healing because there won't be a lack thereof very soon. i learned a lot about this from tabitha farrar, i highly recommend checking her out!
      it will probably be painful, both mentally and physically, and you'll want to quit a lot, but hang in there!
