I think a lot was explained in this episode. 1. Ruyi saw the assassins running away in the back so she knew the connection . 2. The empress said the message took 4 days so that means Ruyi & Ning traveled non stop for days to get to the Capital. Great drama 👏👏💖💖 Thanks for Eng subs. ♥️
I love that entrance of Ning when the other prince was confessing his crimes to the empress. That was stunning and how Ruyi has no mercy for criminals. She doesn't think it twice.
This in my favourite Chinese costume drama. Flawless acting, script, etc. Thank you producers, directors, casting director, cinematogrphers, production crew etc for bringing a great story to the world. And kudos to the all the actors for creating their characters as authenic and memorable. All the main leads thank you especially 🌹🌹🌹
So refreshing to see all the leaders getting some sense towards the end, at least in the face of the common enemy. But still, people are turning out to be a bit better and wiser than they used to be in the beginning - it's so good to see! Character development all around. Also, love the murderous couple - hubby proud of his assassin wife finishing off the prince XD deadly kind of cute)))

This was the best c drama I’ve watched . All the actors were great, but the standout was Liu, Yunning ML and his FL. Their love was so mature and solid, without being silly and mushy. Everytime he held her in his arms she looked safe, loved and protected. I don’t think I cried so much watching any other drama. I was bawling almost all the episodes.
