Various Ox Recipes in Yunnan (I)
For Yunnan people, each part of the ox can be made into different cuisines. We have dozens of ways to eat beef. People from different ethnic nationalities and areas also have their ways of enjoying beef. For us living in Baoshan, the most typical beef cuisines are copper pot beef and dried beef.

He was so young when I found this channel, that’s just so amazing
Absolutely there is a lot of hard work behind the scene. Shooting videos, editing and finalizing require a lot of effort. But at the end of the day where everybody is tired from work, you are still able to gather the family around one table where every one is happy, relief and satisfied. Reflecting this image to the camera is enough to create a smile and positive energy at least to me and I think the same for all audience.
