@@TheSpeakEasyLounge check out his signature tune from the same concert..The Voice 😁 John has one of the best voices on the planet. Should be known by everyone but he's not the type of bloke to leave Australia for extended tours. John Lennon loved this version better than the Beatles

Not only is he a brilliant singer, he's a top bloke - always giving credit to his co-performers and being playful with his audiences. Lots to choose from in his catalogue - but always go live for that extra spark.
I had the pleasure to see John Farnham in 1988 at Konserthuset in Stockholm, Sweden. I remember I was so impressed by his voice. It was even better then on the album. He was big here in Sweden after the 1986 record "Whispering Jack" and the song "You're the Voice". That songe today is still most relevant.
This concert was 33 years ago in 1989 and it’s phenomenal still to this day! John is a national treasure and we Aussie love him and are very protective of him as one reactor found out when he said somethings about John and he pissed off a lot of Aussie. John has career stretching over 50 years and your are lucky that most of it is on here to watch even his concerts. Enjoy going down this rabbit you want be sorry. always Always do John live. 😊🇦🇺
Hard to believe it was so long ago. This is my favourite performance of John's from the many I love. Try - You're The Voice, Touch of Paradise, Burn for you, Long way to the top if you want to Rock'n'Roll (ACDC), Blackdog(Led Zeppelin), When the war is over (Cold Chisel) & Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar & The hilarious but awesome version of Granada with Anthony Warlow our Phantom of the Opera. & then When something is wrong with my baby with Jimmy Barnes(Cold Chisel), another Aussie rock legend. A Rabbit hole is before you & the Aussies will come. Then you can listen to Barnsey & Cold Chisel & heaps of others awesome Aussie bands 😎
I am really shocked that I'd never heard of him before..>That was my "era" of music. Thanks for the comment, I look forward to more soon. Please share links if you can! Welcome to the Lounge!
Hi Donna! Please share some links! I'd love to know the best ones, in order, if possible. I won't likely get to them all, but I would love to see the BEST ones! (I know that's subjective) but I trust your judgement! Welcome to the Lounge!
I'm 59, and my only regret is that I didn't discover John Farnham sooner! Thank God for Celine Dion for her tribute to him in her documentary! I've watched this video about a hundred times now - so moving! What a singer!
Down Under John is simply known as "The Voice". He unfortunately underwent surgery for jaw cancer this year and will probably never sing again - but before that, even at 73 his voice was strong with the same rich timbre - maybe didn't hold notes quite so long.................he is a National Treasure here. Enjoyed your honest review - nothing fake about your appreciation -thank you.
You should also listen to his performance of "You're the Voice" at the same concert. It is also epic and a.o. one of the reasons that he is called "The Voice".
John Farnham is a musical genius with a huge vocal range and perfect pitch. He didn't want to make it big overseas, although he did do some concerts o/s, as he preferred to be with his family and friends and living in Australia. His career started in the 1960s and he was still going until his retirement a few years ago, aged around 70. John has had many top hits and record albums. He sings in over twenty genres. He is the consummate showman and his concerts were sell-outs many times over. John has sung with a number of famous singers who admire his amazing talent. He is a lovely, charismatic, energetic, lovable, humble and funny performer who has an incredible rapport with his audiences. His backing band and singers are top notch and well known for their talent. The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra stated that they had never had so much fun as doing these concerts with John. Always see and hear John Farnham LIVE as the you feel his Soul radiate. This is what he came to do !
This cover by John was released in 1980 not 8 years ago. He kept his career and fame within Australia, because he didn’t want to be away from his family. He is a national treasure, we love him here “down under “🇦🇺👍🏻 he is the voice!!!!
Absolutely the best live performer in the world ever. He doesn’t need props and silly costumes he just needs a microphone and his powerful powerful voice. We love him and he’s so very very funny and very humble. Very much a family man still with his wife after 50 years.
Tom Jones once commented that John was the best vocalist in the world. He's sung with the best. It's crazy to me how our music never jumped the pond....
That is true. I remember in the 70s he was used on many jingles in all sorts of styles especially if the range was high. The studios would say, it's okay, let's call Farnsey, he can reach the high notes, he can do it. Of course he put out a great body of very exciting and dynamic jingles!
If you do more John Farnham always do the live versions and from the same concert is his signature song you're the voice and it is brilliant. This was the last song after a two and a half hour concert. John has been singing and entertaining here in Australia since 1967, and has been around for 55yrs
You have been introduced to an Australian national treasure , John Farnham known as Farnsey to us Aussies has been performing since the 60s and is considered to be one of the best singers in the world . His biggest hit is YOUR THE VOICE which was big in the late 80s you may not have heard of Farnsey but I bet you've heard the song . He toured America as front man of THE LITTLE RIVER BAND But missed his family and home so he more or less was satisfied to be the top performer at home With the emergence of social media he has been "discovered "by American reactors who have recognised hIs undeniable talent . This concert is one of the best you'll ever see so you should check it out in it's entirety . His best performances are always live and include everyone in the building , band , ,backing singers , and audience, a Farnsey concert is an unforgettable experience .
Thanks so much Tom. I am very familiar with "Little River band", so he sang the vocals on the biggest hits by them? Then I probably have heard him and just didn't know it....Welcome to the lounge!
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge Glenn Shorrock was the lead singer with LRB and recorded most of the songs, John replaced him but did sing on a few of LRB songs..Both incredible entertainers
We Aussies love us some Farnsey! To many, he is the GOAT. Covers Jimmy Plant, ACDC, sing with Ray Charles, Tom Jones, Queen, Celine ... and never fails to give his all. We just love that the rest of the world is finding out about him. 73 now, and recovering from surgery after being diagnosed with mouth cancer. Get well great man! 💕
This was a truly genuine reaction - I really appreciate that. A lot of reactors start overreacting before he even opens his mouth but seeing you slowly get blown away was a joy to see. I'd love to watch you react to this same concert but the song YOU'RE THE VOICE - it's his most famous song. Thanks again!
Thank you! That means a lot to me. I always try to give an honest, raw, unedited reaction. Sometimes I ramble on a bit, but I truly enjoy finding new artists to react to and John was no exception, WOW. Why have I never heard of him before? lol. Welcome to the Lounge!
Welcome to the world of JF, If you like great songs and unbelievable performances continue to react to John, Then you’ll realise why we love and respect him in Australia 🇦🇺, People always try to compare John to other singers but he’s stand’s out on his own.His voice is why we call him THE VOICE and his ability to perform like no other. He always interacts with the crowd he makes them feel like they are a part of the performance
That is great! Thank you for the info and comment. Always so cool when I find someone new, that is so good, to react to for the first time! Welcome to the Lounge!
Pick any of John's songs and you will not be disappointed, he puts the same effort and emotion into every single performance. Always choose the live version.
This concert was in the 90s after a 2hr plus concert. The late John Lennon said this is the way the song was intended to be done. John can sing anything and over decades has many great songs. Queen asked him to be their frontman when Freddie passed away. Great reaction thank you.
He went to the US once, the execs didn't know where to fit him, he sings multi-genres. So he came home and you guys missed out. He did have a hit in europe when he still had all that great hair. Been around since the 60s. He did a great Georgia then in B&W. He worked with he original Little River Band for a while, then went back to solo. Down on the Border, In days to Come, You're the Voice, he wrote Burn for You, for his wife. That's Freedom; Amazing Grace with back-up singers, Vanetta Felds, and Lindsay Field; Angels with his back-up singer Lisa Edwards. Please Don't ask Me, at the Main event concert, with Olivia Newton-John, from the same concert, Grenada, with opera and theatre icon, Anthony Warlow, both cancer suvivors, until recently we lost Olivia. Now john is in a battle with the big C. Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Super star, a duet with Jimmy Barnes, When Something is Wrong, with My Baby, on our tv show Hey, Hey it's Saturday., also on the same show, the ensemble cast, for JC superstar, singing Everything's Alright, thumbnail has a pink ostrich puppet. Deep Purple cover, sound check, audio only, Black Dog. All the best. John Lennon did hear this arrangement, heliked it, he wanted te song slow when he wrote it record execs said i needs to be peppy. Paul McCartney liked it too.
John is an Australian icon with an unmistakable magnificent voice. I’m surprised that this had only 186,000 views. I’m glad to see a reactor willing to react to someone the are unfamiliar with. As such, I recommend a young lady who has had over 70 million views on one video alone. Her name is Amira Willighagen who won Holland’s Got Talent at the age of nine, and at that stage, had not had a single singing lesson, so , to start at the very beginning of her remarkable journey, ( she is now 18 ) please react to her audition singing O Mio Babbino Caro. You will not believe your ears. Cheers Graeme.
John farnham is the holy grail of male singers. He can master any kind of genre to perfektion. And he never stops surprising you with his vocal range and stage presence. One of my favorite performence with him is from a live show called the last time ,its from 2003. And the song is called when the war is over. He was 53yo at the time. Get well soon mr Farnham.
John is in his early 70s now and is recovering from mouth cancer which has been removed, fingers crossed, also his jaw had to be reconstructed. He may or may not be able to sing again. John Farnham has been a top line artist in Australia since the 1960's. This version of the song was from his Album Uncovered released in 1980. The single was released in 1979. John Lennon on hearing this said that he was so happy as he wanted it performed as a ballad with the Beatles, but Producer George Martin wouldn't allow it. The 2 John's were set to meet in January 1981, when Farnsey was due in New York to do some recording, but of course, due to Lennon's death in the December of 1980, it never happened.
Haven’t scratched the surface yet For the other side of John John Farnham and Olivier Newton John singing “ Please Don’t Ask Me “ From the Main Event Concert
This concert specifically must have been one of the most outstanding ever, if not THE best, worldwide. John apparently had perfect pitch and always gave his all, with no electronic assistance except for the amplification. The orchestra apparently loved every minute (as told to me by a friend who played cello in this) and you can hear it. His backing band was the best and they stayed with him for years, because he is such a good person. He has some gorgeous duets with his backing singers on RUclips. His on stage charisma is unparalleled. His bond with his audiences is deeply moving to me, especially now he is so ill.
In those days US record execs were like gatekeepers and basically didn't let him in. He toured US as lead for Little River Band but says that US audiences just didn't get him. At least there is a lot on youtube. Best voice in the Universe.
John Farnham is one of those very quiet legendary singers in the world. The public were not really aware of him, but the rest of the top and best musicians and singers around the globe definately knew his name and were in awe of this youngsters voice and skills in his singing. John did take a swing at the world stage, but it fizzed out when he realised it would take him away from his family if he refused to move them to america to get his foot in the door. So he walked away from trying to build his name internationally. He has sung and teamed up with the biggest names. And many of the biggest names are his greatest fans and have tried for years to talk him into going international knowing full well he could do it with ease. He had the power and skill to stand up there with groups like Queen, Led Zeppelin, Beatles and also Ray Charles, Tom Jones, Celine Dion and many many others. There is too many people he has sung with or has various ties with due to close acquaintances. He also had a habit of surrounding himself with equally extremely talented people. The lovely Venetta Fields as a back up singer that became an extremely close and loyal friend with him. She brought her world wide skills she had learnt over a lifetime of singing with all the greats.
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge John does Amazing Grace with Vanetta & Linday Field (no relation). One of those performances with such unbelievable talent that it almost looks effortless.
Congratulations on beginning your journey of John Farnham! I first saw John perform this version at a Royal charity concert in 1980 at the Sydney Opera House, before Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Highly recommended from this same concert, two of his own songs, You're The Voice and Playing To Win. Also his cover of ACDC's Long Way To The Top, very high energy!
I believe he tried to take his music to US, but was rejected because he didn’t fit into one particular Genre! …Here in Australia we know and appreciate that John is just So Amazing to be able to sing any and all genres perfectly! …A rare talent indeed. I personally think it was lucky for us all here down under, as we got to got the privilege of enjoying John mostly all to ourselves…for 50 years!!! John was offered millions to go to America but politely declined saying everything he needed or wanted was right here at home..he is beloved here in Aus and one of the nicest down to earth people you could meet.
Hello America , Australia say's hello . So glad the internet has discovered us. We have gems just waiting to be discovered . i hope John beats the cancer and at the least has a peaceful life . He will always be a legend to us in Australia .
I was at this concert, around 20,000 people could not talk for several days after.... Probably more since this concert was also simulcast live on several radio stations all over Australia
I bet that was a blast! I, too went to a LOT of great concerts in the early 80's- THE BEST MUSIC EVER! Although, many of them I couldn't tell you much about. We were a wild bunch! lol. I still have all my concert stubs saved in a photo album though. So at least I can say I WAS THERE! :) Welcome to the Lounge!
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge Oh yes it was great, it was not the first time I had seen John live and it was not the last time either, the last time I seen him was in 2018 at a 3 day music festival called The Big Red Bash out in the desert in the middle of nowhere, at 73 years of age he is getting on though and he is just getting over treatment for mouth cancer .. Yes I have a lot of concert memories from late 70s through the 80s and beyond, some bands like Kiss , ACDC and Dire Straights I have seen over a dozen times each 😁
Oh yes indeed. He has been around for a very long while. With number one hits over 6 consecutive decades from 1967 when he was just 18 right up till 2016 when he was 67. And he was still performing and drawing huge crowds in his 70's. An absolute legend in Australia. His most famous song is You're the Voice ...best version is from this same concert with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. And if you start to like him as much as we all do, there is plenty more to discover with 100's of great videos available on You Tube.
I'm 74. John Peter is a year younger. You could say he's been around for a while. It's crazy how Australian performers are insulated from the mainstream - even those known to perform with legends.
John has shared the stage with many other artists over the decades, he’s gracious about sharing the limelight with others including Olivia Newton-John, Celine Dion and Queen. Every Aussie loves him, he’s the very definition of an Aussie larrikin and we love him to bits! Please pray for his recovery since he recently had part of his jaw removed due to cancer.

Aussie here - this concert was a lot longer than 8yrs ago darls, it was back in 1989 - I was there, at this concert. I've seen John 17 times in my lifetime, and can tell you that he isn't a singer, John is a master vocalist and performer. I don't know any other artist who has released songs in 16 different genre's. There is a 4 part series done by American Richard Marx, about John. Richard has known and worked with our Farnsey for years, that is very informative. John is 73 now, and underwent major surgery back in Aug for jaw cancer - The whole of Aus is waiting to hear good news about our Farnsey because he is more than what you see, he has been a part of every part of our Aussie lives since most of us were born, and is still a big part of it. No one compares to John Farnham, no one
It wasn't even the end of the concert. He came back out on stage again after Help to sing another encore with Sadie and It's a Long Way to the Top. That high energy AC-DC classic was the end of the concert that night.
To put John's length of career into context, my grandmother loved him when he first appeared on TV singing Sadie The Cleaning Lady and she was born in 1890! She probably identified with the endless cleaning but thought he was very cute at the same time
Yes, apparently John Lennon was quoted as saying "this was how Help was meant to be sung". John Farnham released it not that long before Lennon's tragic death.
He is the best. All genres. Fantastic. When he first sung Help I read one of the Beatles said it was better than the original. Love you John. Best wishes to you
You now know who John Farnham is and how good his voice is, from the same concert he sings an anthem song of Australia called You're The Voice. John has had major surgery a few months ago to remove cancer from his mouth and is still in rehab. No one knows as yet if he will be able to sing again or not.

John is one of Australia's greatest entertainers. He decided to choose family over international exposure; if he had, he would have been one of the best entertainers in the world. He is an English born Australian artist, who began his career back in the 60's as a pop artist in his late teens.
John is not a "big star in Australia", he is a HUGE MEGASTAR in Australia. The reason you haven't heard of him before (despite your apparent astonishment at his immense talent) is that John could have made it big anywhere he wished. He chose to remain in Australia to be with his family. Thanks for that John. Any religious people watching this, please pray for John, he just had surgery on a cancerous growth in his jaw. He will survive, he's definitely a fighter, but it means he probably won't sing anymore.
Althpugh this song is credited Lennon/McCartney it was litterally a cry for help in midst of Beatlemania but the other guys didn't realize it actually was a cry for help. John absolutely kills it here!!
I actually like this version better! I mean the Beatles is legendary and Iconic, always will be. This is just, IMO, better vocally and melodically. There, that's the extent of my musical theory experience. lol. Cheers Daniel!
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge It's cool there are many Beatles covers that i prefer in front of the original. For example With a little help from my friends with Joe Cocker. In general my main music is soul/funk and jazz/fusion and Beatles aren't those genre that much.

Unfortunatley he's just been through a serious throat cancer scare... so... send him healing vibes.... But welcome to the world we Aussie have known for many, many, MANY years.... you've found the rabbit hole. Next you'll find Barnsey and Diesel... (Jimmy Barnes and John Diesel)

John Lennon heard this version before he was taken from us all and said it was the best version, better than The Beatles original, he said The Beatles wanted to do it as ballad but the people at the record company said no do it as a more up tempo pop piece. He is a total legend in Australia an amazing powerful voice. I think you would enjoy Your The Voice by John as well and a duet with another Aussie legend Jimmy Barnes When Something Is Wrong With My Baby original by Sam & Dave (I think). John is recovering from cancer at the moment. Love your genuine reaction.
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge The very best version of 'When Something is Wrong with My Baby' is the live 'Hey Hey it's Saturday' version. Farnsy and Barnsy at their very best plus bonus Diesel (the Aussie ladies will know what I mean) on Guitar.
As many here have said, always do JF live. 1 exception is 'Black Dog' there is only audio of this. This is Johns warm up song before a concert. Will blow your mind! Sending love to John in his recovery!💖
Yes this is Johns version , but the Beatles stated this is how it was supposed to be sung. Their producers wanted it to be done more up tempo so the Beatles did that. There is a lot of material out there for you to explore. Duets with Olivia Newton John , Please dont ask me , Jimmy Barns, When there is something wrong with my Baby, Grenada with Anthony Warlow . I particularly like his songs Touch of Paradise , A long way to the top and his sound check song, a cover of Black dog by Lead Zeppelin.
The Beatles praised him for the way he put it together the writer said it's the way he wrote it to be sung Look up John doing song voice with Melbourne symphony orchestra as well John got the title of the voice as he can sing any genre pop opera rock classical blues ect Many artists that came to Australia 🇦🇺 wanted to sing with John Tom Jones Celine Dion ray Charlie's ect We also have another singer call Jimmy barnes he has 4 decades John has 5 decades and domdou together as well Jimmy sings with Joe bonamassa in his 50s Stone cold amazing vocals and two amazing guitar solo's Jimmy used to be part of a well loved band before solo career has a unique sound 🔊

Can’t get better then that, one of the best live performances ever. Glad you discovered John he’s got over 5 decades worth of hits.
I can't believe that I've never heard of him before now! Thanks George, and Welcome to the Lounge!
You should also listen to his performance of "You're the Voice" at the same concert. It is also epic and a.o. one of the reasons that he is called "The Voice".
Please Don't Ask Me is still, IMHO, one of the best ballads of all time. His duet with Olivia is just beautiful.
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge Do your research. Please Don't Ask Me is an amazing ballad, and his duet with Olivia is just beautiful.

Welcome to our national treasure John Farnham 💖
Yay- It was all my pleasure!
Thanks for the great insight. I love finding new (to me) artists to react to! Welcome to the Lounge!
John farnham is a Australian legend and one of the greatest live singers ever
Thanks from Australia
It was my pleasure!
born in the uk
Tom Jones once commented that John was the best vocalist in the world. He's sung with the best. It's crazy to me how our music never jumped the pond....
That is true. I remember in the 70s he was used on many jingles in all sorts of styles especially if the range was high. The studios would say, it's okay, let's call Farnsey, he can reach the high notes, he can do it. Of course he put out a great body of very exciting and dynamic jingles!
Yes, this is so....He even recorded with Tom Jones. Absolutely a must to see him in live performances. .
If you do more John Farnham always do the live versions and from the same concert is his signature song you're the voice and it is brilliant. This was the last song after a two and a half hour concert.
John has been singing and entertaining here in Australia since 1967, and has been around for 55yrs
Thank you Andrew! I appreciate the info. Welcome to the Lounge! Feel free to share a link!
John Farnham is an absolute icon in Australia His live performances are perfection. A true star ⭐️❤🇦🇺
Thanks Mitchy! Welcome to the Lounge!
Wow- I don't know how I never heard of him before. Thanks for the info, Welcome to the Lounge!
John Farnham is very big here in Australia. One of our national treasures .
Happy holidays to everyone.
Thank you Wayne, it was a pleasure! Welcome to the lounge!
Love your work 👌
Thank you, Kevin! It's more PLAY than work! lol. Cheers!
Best male vocalist EVER.
Pick any of John's songs and you will not be disappointed, he puts the same effort and emotion into every single performance. Always choose the live version.
Got it! Thanks for the info, welcome to the Lounge!
Thanks for this. John is an Aussie icon and hero. As nice a person as he is a great singer.
Thank you!
This concert was in the 90s after a 2hr plus concert. The late John Lennon said this is the way the song was intended to be done. John can sing anything and over decades has many great songs. Queen asked him to be their frontman when Freddie passed away. Great reaction thank you.
It was recorded in 1989 with with another encore after this song that night. His vocal endurance was amazing. That's why he's 'The Voice'! 😊
I'm so happy that you guys recommended him to me!
You’ve discovered the GOAT. Enjoy.
1 of Australia's great singers
Thanks for the great insight! I truly appreciate it! Welcome to the Lounge!
Time will tell.
Love you John.

Wow- sad. That would have been one hell of a meeting, Who knows what COULD have come from that duo? Thanks Denis, Welcome to the Lounge!
Haven’t scratched the surface yet
For the other side of John
John Farnham and Olivier Newton John singing “ Please Don’t Ask Me “
From the Main Event Concert
John Lennon thought this version is how he wanted the original version.
That is so cool! Thanks Marion!
You can’t unhear him but when you your standards shift.
Looking forward to more, soon! Cheers!
In those days US record execs were like gatekeepers and basically didn't let him in. He toured US as lead for Little River Band but says that US audiences just didn't get him. At least there is a lot on youtube. Best voice in the Universe.
I GOT IT! lol. I may have heard him and didn't know it, as I am pretty familiar with "The Little River Band" Did he sing "Reminiscing"?
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge yes but it really belonged to the original lead Glenn.
@@TheSpeakEasyLounge would be great if you can react to Little River Band “reminiscing” with John Farnham
Oh, I could not agree with you more. Vanetta Fields (in my humble opinion) is THE best backup singer ever. She has astonishing talent.
Great info! Thank you. Welcome to the Lounge!

A Aussie legend and icon. I've loved John Farnham since I was 4 in the 80s.
I believe he tried to take his music to US, but was rejected because he didn’t fit into one particular Genre! …Here in Australia we know and appreciate that John is just So Amazing to be able to sing any and all genres perfectly! …A rare talent indeed.
We were a wild bunch! lol. This is myt favorite version of the Beatles song HELP! John has an amazing voice and range.

She probably identified with the endless cleaning but thought he was very cute at the same time
The Beatles wish they sung this song like John.
Yes, apparently John Lennon was quoted as saying "this was how Help was meant to be sung". John Farnham released it not that long before Lennon's tragic death.
He's known as The Voice.

Legend.
John is one of Australia's greatest entertainers. He decided to choose family over international exposure; if he had, he would have been one of the best entertainers in the world. He is an English born Australian artist, who began his career back in the 60's as a pop artist in his late teens.
John can sing LITERALLY anything. Otherworldly talent.
Loved it! Be sure and check out the others!
Prayers done! Thanks for the info. Welcome to the Lounge!

Wow- He definitely got around! I heard he sang lead for "The Little River Band". I have likely heard him and just didn't know it. Welcome to the Lounge!
Hi David. I have never heard the reaction of John and Paul before. It's so heart-warming to know they appreciated it.
Jon Bon Jovi was once asked what it was like to have the best voice in rock n' roll. His response was, "I don't know. You better ask Jimmy Barnes." That was back in the 80s.
As everyone has said he's Australia's best. I never missed a concert, not just for his amazing voice but the happiness coming from his performances. I was lucky enough to meet him twice and you'd be lucky to meet a more humble and down to earth performer. I agree you need to hear Black Dog, his warm up song and When Something is wrong with my Baby with Jimmy Barnes.
Thank you so much for reacting to this amazing talent that is John Farnham, so glad you enjoyed it as we do, over and over, if you would love to hear more anything from this concert is fabulous!!!! Little tip his live performances are spectacular in my opinion they only ones to listen to lol !!! Thank you again Jennifer ✌✌✌
Took a Beatles' classic and made it his own. Such power and a a hint of soul in this one! Loved your reaction to our legend, Farnsey!
This version of the Beatles classic is the way John Lennon had envisaged it to be sung. You should listen to the iconic John Farnham song, You're The Voice from this concert.
Just for future reference, Jon Bon Jovi was once asked "What's it like to have the best voice in rock n' roll?" He replied, "I don't know. You'd better ask Jimmy Barnes." Another Australian. Another living legend.
This is one of the best voices ever.
One of the greatest male singers in the world
This blew me away! Welcome to the Lounge!
Would love to watch you react to more John Farnham, thank you
I have one coming sometime next week! Welcome to the Lounge!
