I wish I had friends who were confident enough to do improv exercises like this with me.
Same! Im really shy and have stage fright, but I feel like if I had friends to do this with, it would boost my confidence and I wouldnt be so afraid of being the center of attention.

The bright side of the pandemic is the wode availability of online improv classes all over the world. I just started attending one and love it!
@@sunshineporsche9687 cool! I don’t even know if I could but it would be cool!
@@meganm6732 Just find a class that allows you to progress in your own pace. There are lovely ones that really build skills one baby step at a time, focusing more on an attitude of play and enjoying mishaps than on performance.
This looks so dumb. I feel like I would fit right in and enjoy it
@Nathan The Vulture Me too, dude.
lmao same
mood
Definitely dumb af.. if anyone is in Hawai'i and wants to gather up and do this lmk
Sameee 😂😂😂
My god. I was thinking of taking an improv class to loosen up and stop being so shy/anxious, but just watching this is stressing me out.
Lol, do it anyway.... I was standing at your place but I've taken the plunge anyways AND YES enjoying it.
damn, same tho-
@@hd11_88 my heart is pounding just watching this but it seems sooooo fun and a good way to make friends

Jesus this people are gonna pass out from happiness or something. I feel like I would. Lovely class, thanks for uploading this.
Hahaha pass out of happiness
My anxiety is going up just watching you guys. I don't think I could do this if my life depended on it.
Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right - Some white guy
@@jasonchandler2754 isnt that from the bible😂
@@SmokedYodaPack It's actually from Henry Ford I believe haha

@@topramen1694 Beautiful comment and amazing username 😉
that was the most action pact 11 minutes of my entire life
I would kill for these people
I needed some fun exercises to do with a group I'm facilitating and a lot of these are totally perfect. Thank you!
I love that you did everything without much explaination. The best improv game video I've seen, great job.
These are real life social skills believe it or not.
What an amazing demo and assortment of warmup games. You are all so sweet with the PG suggestions too, Haha. Thank you for making this!!! So helpful!! 🎉❤
OH MY GOSH.... I LOVE THIS VIDEO...
"Bravo Darlings... Bravo"
I am an Acting Director getting ready to reopen my Acting Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico (US)... and I have got to show my students this FUN Video...
Thank you all for such a great video.
Thank you so much for creating this. I am new to teaching drama in a high school and having these videos really helps the written explanations.
Woman: "Clouds"
Guy: "Precipitation"
Other Woman: "Drizzle:
Me (to myself): "My nizzle"
This was funny, silly and entertaining. Well done, Johnson and his file!
Awesome! Thanks for the video! I am preparing an improvisation class for my colleagues, all done over the internet, and it really helps me create some examples. Improv done over the internet on a conference call is also a real challenge, but nevertheless really well appreciated.
High school drama teacher here. Thanks for introducing me to some new warm-up games.
I like the effort but a longer video explaining each one would be really helpful. It could probably be broken up into a couple videos.
maybe a feature length film?
Thank you guys!! I have an improv group here in Maine and you gave me some new warm ups and fun changes to others!
Really an Amazing actors,..I'm glad to see a content like this one🌟 we are proud of u guys💫❤
everything's great! My advice is to upscale as much as possible always. Ex, Movavi video has choice for 2k or 4k, and also for other parameters like audio. Loved this
I need to lay down, I think this video triggered my fight or flight response
i play in the canadian improv games and i can confirm that we do do these warmups
I love these, thanks for sharing the suggestions. There's no improv group anywhere near where I live, I might have to start one, but don't know enough about improv yet!
I would die and never come back 😂😂😂 but this is a skill I need

These are great ideas! I'm about to start teaching drama classes for kids and these will be great to do with them!
This is so great! Thanks for this great Inspirations!
Thank you so much for this! I am using these with the kids I coach in speech club!
this video gives me life
This is how I practice being human in the morning before I put my synthetic skin on. Too bad I only have my reflection to do it with :(
Lmao
I enjoyed watching you guys! Watching from Philippines🥰
how friggin smart do you have to be to do this?! so cool.
I needed this during the pandemic...
Ya'll made me smile so so so much. :)
I'd love to do improv but i just panic and don't have any tangible thoughts or actions. Even if I had to say one random word I either plan it beforehand or say, "spegueft" or any nonexistent word.
Same! I have a fear of public speaking, but I really would like to try improv. Maybe a little online group of friends in the same boat would work? Anyone willing to start a little friendly group of beginner improv?
this looks like so much fun
This was fantastic
Watching this before I start my first Class at The Groundlings, with a scholarship
Looks so fun! Yes, and...think I'll find an improv class.
Fantastic improv ideas 😊👍
This is great!
It's like a walking nightmare but it's all smiles i love it
Great video
I tried zoom in the mirror. It DOESN'T STOP HELP
When I see the ZOOM at the beginning of the clip, I was like "finally I found something that will fit into my online zoom class". It turned I didn't.
Lucy Xie I've been doing improv games in zoom and discord tho I can recommend to you that games like count to 21 and headlines are good improv games for an online setting.
try changing the speed in the settings, its amazing
i wish some of them were explained a bit more because some were super straight forward, but in a few of them i could not figure out why they were doing/saying certain things or what the order/organization of the game was.
Some of these are actually REALLY hard to pull off without blubbing at all.
Man this looks so stupid, i love it!
Just love it!!! Thank you !!!!
Great! Enjoy it very much!
You guys are great fun!
On the one hand, I get it. These are essential warmups for keeping the brain quick and sharp and improv has the _potential_ to be funny and interesting as well as confidence boosting. But, on the other hand, this looks like an asylum.
Wish I had friends like this
This is fun, but I would not consider a lamp a piece of furniture. Lol.
How can I sign up for this class?
I love to do improv, but don't think I have enough confidence!
Ive never been into acting since I have stage fright and lack confidence for this, but I would definitely take this class. Also, if I had a group of friends like this, then I think the confidence would eventually come.
@@meganm6732 That is true. Good friends lifted my confidence too. And I'm glad I met them.
Interesting take on freeze, I'm used to it being more scene based
I knew I should have trusted my instincts of taking theatre arts and improv when I was in Junior High and High School. I so regret not taking that class. Heck I regret not going to college after I was done with high school.
This video is really very good
What is the name of the song used in the flock dance exercise?
Girl in white can get it!!!!!
Amazing guys
Can you explain what these exercises are for?
Nice watching from south Africa
8:29 turning circle
This just in my hair just turned grey. Whoosh
I'm gay and I took theatre in high school and I love improv exercises. 💐💐💐🌈🌈🌈💜💜💜I took it with my best friends.
What's this have to do with sexual orientation 🙄
@@talentedpigeon3296 theatre was my calm down coping skill while I was dealing with psychotronic harassment and homophobic slurs thrown at me through my bed room vent by a straight classmate.
why after pinneaple it comes to smile?
Hey thanks for this!
in the future, sociologists will study these videos
Awesome exercise
4:43 the board was too fast I have no idea what is happening here please explain
This looks fun!
And I fell in love with the girl in orange.
Freeze! Detective Michael Scarn!
Loveeeee this
So many missed opportunities :(
Nice.. Good effort .. Keep growing
Thanks
Do you have a list of the music used in the Flock game?
my friends and I did “word ball” in drama class and it just progressively got darker and darker lol
Hello, my friend is going to be a drama coach for age uk. Any tips you can help her with or could she have a conversation with you?
crazy y'all got Edward Snowden for this
Great fun!
See you all at Tim hortons?
Does Tim Horton hears a who?
The ONLY reason i knew what they were doing was because my drama teacher gave this to us as an assignment along with a paper explaining each game.
are they making any progress?
Good for students!
is that what hell looks like
damn.. i wonder where can I find move videos like this one....
this is exercise for children ... you have to use denser exercises
Fun fun fun
I can’t believe I was in theatre
Yes I like it very much but I do not know them well in Hindi
7:02
love that
Have 911 on speed dial for me cause I’ll probably pass out
my dad told me he did improv, i dont understand thats looks weird but might be fun idk ahah
Good video and all but all I could look at was the girl in the gray sweaters hair
