It is filled with great warmups, exercises, practice games and lesson plans. If you haven't already taken a tour, head to improv.ca right away!
The warmups and exercises we covered in this video:
    Rapid Fire Freeze
    WordBall
    Knight, Mount, Cavalier

    Numbers/21
    Goalie/Firing Line

We know this wasn't a James Cameron level production, but we hope these examples help explain how to set up the warmups and exercises for maximum success.
The CIG Would like to thank www.instanttheatre.com for the use of their studio. If you are an alumni and living in the lower mainland, be sure to take classes at Instant Studios!
