Never you should trigger with the handle in the rear position!
Great danger of damaging your well working and good looking beauty!
Otherwise: thanks for this nice video.
Hello i have one of these its good to see the cam lock system explained good job Australia these are rare to find
they are hard to find nowadays, thanks for your interest
Good explanation, from one Geordie to another.....do NOT FIRE THE ACTION with the cocking handle to the rear. Cock and push back to the front position or you will wreck your cocking handle and they are not cheap to replace,!!!!!
I will get one one day! Price has gone through the roof now! Very nice sir! Jealous of that one.
thanks, just keep looking, im sure one will turn up
C J Campbell they always do. Keep up the good work sir.
Great video. What really clever and well designed piece of equipment. A question. If the MG team were lying flat on the ground, how low can the tripod be set ? I've never seen a picture of one in that position.
i, dont know where this comments been but ive only been informed of it today (3 july!!!!), in answer to your question, i have since posted a vid of the 42 mount in its fortress folded position, thats as low as the tripod can go....my apologies for this late reply.

Hello friend do you know what the ww2 German round boxes are for they are about 75mm or 100mm diameter ??some for officer hat boxes ref google images but others for equipment???
Hope you can help?
I'm afraid I have no idea.
Is there any information available how much these originally cost to the German government? I can't imagine these being cheap to produce with all the complex parts it has. This looks truly like an indestructable piece of equipment.
i have no idea but it would be interesting to know
