I was just parked after running 75 mph all day yesterday on i40. Did my inspection, went got a cup of coffee while engine warmed up to operating temp. Got in. All good until i pulled out on the hiway. Then it wants regen. Do one . Half mile farther down the road and it demands another.
Hey my Mack truck is requiring a parked Regan at the time my def was low but it seems like the Regan doesn’t want to work after going through the parked Regan twice
Ok, for you guys in a 2022 International LT625, Cummins X15, Automatic, this is the procedure for “Parked Regen” Step 1: Press the break pedal, Push in Tractor Parking Break. Step 2: Place Automatic Transmission in Drive Step 3: Place Automatic Transmission in Neutral, Pull Tractor Parking Break Step 4: Release Break Pedal, Press “Parked Regen” Momentary Switch, if done correctly Green LED Will be On and truck will Immediately idle up. During the Process, you will see the “High Exhaust Temperature” Light come on on the instrument cluster this is normal, and shows that it is working. Yes, it is finally working! After 1hr 24minutes process complete on this truck! Sometimes if you want it done right you gotta do it yourself, so I did!
It's either Bad Sensors or clogged filters I'm thinking. I'm going thru it right now on i40. Either problem isn't cheap. But what is inexpensive in trucking nowadays. If I get my way I'm getting an older completely rebuilt truck n cat engine soon. I'm in the middle of second Regen in an hour this morning and it's still showing 2nd phase flashing Regen light. So it's not clearing itself I'm thinking.
Hi kerimatayev5670, thanks for the suggestion! We will get right on it! Thanks for watching. Please let us know if you have any other questions or comments!
Is there is any way on the freightliner Cascadia 2016 you can do a region without parking is not supposed to be do a region by it self while it’s driving or it does have to be Parked
The truck will do passive regens while driving if you meet the conditions the truck deems appropriate at that given time, outside of that, all regens parked or forced would require the truck to be in a controlled environment which would force you to be parked to meet that requirement. Let us know if you have any other questions!
You would need to reset your DPF filter if there was repair work done to your system. Here is a link to a mobile diagnostic scan tool that will help you figure out what the issue is with your vehicle. otrperformance.com/pages/otrdiagnostics
Bro this was good info but I would hardly call it "another thrilling episode." C'mon man you're better than that. We could probably agree to call it Informative or helpful. LoL. Nothing more.

What is the cause to flashing
I’m having to do a regen every day an it takes about an hour to finish
that was a question I had - how long it takes to complete... I heard that filters may be dirty

I have same problem my truck never do passive regens while driving at high speed
Only parked regen spent a lot of money and never been fixed
20-60 PLUS MINUTES???? LMAO......WTF IS THAT??🤦🏽♂️
What is the issue if it doesn’t do the park regen manually?
Raymond. I think you have to take it somewhere for service (a forced regen) it means the filter is too clogged up to work manually.
Buy a reset tool 🔧 from OTR performance and you will be able to do it every time you want it.
What if you just had your dpf filter service and fault code still comes

Why is it that the OTR app for Android is not available in Nigeria
Currently, We only offer support for trucks in North America.
