You are right. I predict case will either be dismissed or he will be found not guilty. The reason is the prosecution has failed to materially prove the case. Material proof would be something like a false tax return.

Arial views of the event didn't reflect a spilling over but more of about three-quarters full. Trump's speech started a little after 5pm, after an hour a steady stream of people attending decided to leave. Roger Stone posted a picture of the "event" that ended up being a Rod Stewart concert in Rio de Janeiro.

I read the court transcript, Cohen said payment to Stormy was done and he was harassed by a 14 years old over the phone. Cohen talks fast, it’s possible for him to talk about issues within such timeframe. Todd Blanche raised his voice, was an act of intimidation performed for trump. Bottom line is, jurors will make decisions on the case.

I think we have to consider Trump's mental state here. His personality and cognitive decline let alone his clear symptoms of dementia means Trump is no longer able to truly realise what he is doing and certainly be able to debate under the normal rules I doubt very much that Trump will end up attending this debate because he is unable to debate these days. Trump would just carry on with his whining hopefully to an audience in his concept of what a debate is. The rules put forward by having this debate is to highlight Trump's cognitive decline and signs of dementia.

I think it is important for Biden to get Trump to do more debates closer to election day. The electorate tends to have the memories of goldfish and they may forget the debates if they are as early as September. Trump's buffoonery needs to be as fresh in people's minds as possible on election day.

I think he needs to slow down just a little bit…. I’ve noticed his words can run together when he’s talking more quickly. If he slowed down it would be easier for him to be more deliberate and emphatic, and less prone to tripping over any words.

When i was 16, i was skateboarding in a skatepark without a helmet. Cops came and gave me a ticket. My brother got a similar ticket for a similar reason recently and was grounded for 6 months. I didn't want to get in trouble with my parents so i gave a fake name to the police. Jokes on me because it was the same cops who gave my brother the ticket and they caught me lying. I stayed the night in a jail cell.
Then i went to court. I had been working 2 jobs since my 16th birthday so i could start saving for college. I spent it all on a lawyer. They wanted to send me to Juvie for 1 year. They called me a criminal. They said i was a "conniving and manipulating liar." I just didn't want my parents to be mad.
Anyways, in the end i got 500 hours of community service (on top of my 2 jobs and high school, i now have a MA degree) and 1 year probation.
My point is, i feel like i did almost nothing of any significance all in my "crime" and they wanted to imprison me for a year and ruin my entire life. Donald Trump lights the country on fire.... no consequences... send this freak to jail please. I didn't deserve it. no one deserves it more than him.
The justice system gives a fetus more rights than a young man. What is wrong with this system? Looks like it was 55:19 built and maintained by a bunch of old white men who want to be in control and destroy anyone who threatens that control whether it be a youthful young man or a fertile female.

Dana Bash has improved a lot in interviews but she's still far too meek, i'm not sure she could handle a debate involving trump. Tapper is marginally netter but he can be pretty meek himself

Hearing Hannity call Tapper a partisan masquerading as a journalist is just a whole new level of irony.

The fact that they are allowing Jake Tapper to mediate this debate, makes me so mad. I can’t even tell you. He is known especially with Trump for allowing Trump to tell lies without checking him. He did it with Ron DeSantis on an interview, not even debate but in an interview, so what makes anybody think that he’s gonna check Trump during a live debate?I’m disgusted about this. Why not have Rachel Maddow do it? She for sure would check on his lies.
