I bought and carried many bottles of the green Habanero Yacateco home from Cancun once…only to find it at the grocery store a block from my house. It’s delicious! 😊
ive lost so much sleep the last two months thinking about A. how the green yuca got dismissed, its literally on my daily meals. B. the xxtra hot wasnt even CONSIDERED?! and C. How in the world did PACE....PACE!>>!>!MMA:LKSDJC A:SOEJRVF:OCAJKSD:LCFKM
I just bought a bottle of the green habenero for thanksgiving. Thank you guys for making an amazing sauce that I adore, and that my family always loves. Any time, and I mean literally any time it's in my budget to get hot sauce, I get yours. I can tell it's made with love.
Came here to say the same thing! Tapatio always wins because it’s what was in the house growing up, but I think it’s not nearly as good as some others.
Tiberio always catches me off guard when he speaks straight up English por que para mi es el más mejicano de todos y aparte de eso lo ponen con Mr. “Ya know?” Lol. Good video fellas
I agree that Tapatio is very versatile. I even keep a just in case bottle in my desk at work! I do think the seeding was off, and some of my favorites knocked each other out too soon.
Fun competition. I'd love to see what the papas say about Mezzetta's Habenero Hot Sauce. The label looks so goofy, but the sauce is surprisingly great!
Swedish boy here, Valentina mucho picante is the best! black label and just awesome in it's balance of flavor and hotness. I also love the Yucantee? spelling sorry swede so, their sauces are good. I've got a liter bottle of Valentina mucho picante in my fridge, love it!
Not me Yucateco was a biggest staple in my family we all from Guadalajara all my tias and tios had a bottle in their house in my opinion it's a more Mexican hot sauce then tapatio
Yacateco at Fred Meyer: $3.49 for 4oz. Tapatio at Fred Myers: $3.19 for 10oz, $1.59 for 5oz. If you put that stuff on everything (I do) that might affect the decision.
I’ve always thought cholula has hardly any flavor … maybe for eggs or potatoes in the morning. Tapatio has much more flavor and spice to me. They should try the habanero Tabasco ;) I love the Yucateco salsa flavors but never eat them since they’re filled with fake colors
I absolutely love pace picante sauce. We couldn’t get it back in the day up in New York. Only when I visited AZ. Could I get it. The hot version is very spicy and I would put it on everything.
I love hot and spicy food so much! The only hot sauce I can buy from these mentioned in the above, is Tabasco and it is horricily expensive. I am from Hungary by the way.. I am a very sad Hungarian right now.. I want all those hot sauces you have over the pond. 😢 I have to grow my own hot paprika and try to make it the way you do in the U.S.A.
There are extremes in things called "hot sauce". There are the scorching vinegar types like Tabasco, and those that are more rich in chile flavor like Cholula, with many in between.
I'm usually nice but you guys f***ed this one up. How the hell does Valentina go against tapatio but you have pace vs la Victoria. Learn your damn ranking list before you put the best vs the best and the worst vs the worst
I'm a white boy, but I don't care for Pace 😂 We put cholula on most things in my house, except for our local-Hawaii food...which pairs better with Tobasco because of the vinegar. I loved these perspectives and was surprised to see how well the American brands did.
Taco Bell's Diablo sauce is AMAZING, one of my favs. And if you collect enough spare packs, it makes REALLY good hot wings. Try it sometime. You won't be disappointed!
I know they picked taco bell sauce, but it's some straight cap on the gringo bandito. It's full of spices and flavor and not super vinegary. I was a big sceptic but gave it a try and it was good. I mean honestly it's similar to tapatio maybe a little more complex flavor wise. Anyway do your own research and see which ones you love. El yucateco has always been up there for me!

A great duo. I enjoyed their interactions very much. I hope to see more videos with them paired up.
Arturo is not here because we already know he'd choose tapatio no matter what
Lmao yea. He’s a ride or die for the tapatío
Exactly.
should have been blind
Came here to say the same thing! Tapatio always wins because it’s what was in the house growing up, but I think it’s not nearly as good as some others.
Why?
I agree should have been a blind test. They are biased.
It's just 2 guy's opinions anyway.
@@mmadmanI like much more spicy 🌶️
This should have been done blind, without the bottles in front of them. Simple taster cups randomly selected to remove biases.
Pace had an unfair advantage as it’s a chip salsa. I think the green El Yucateco sauce is the best
Here in Mexico where I live tapatio is nowhere to be found but Valentina is great specially black label
I went on a vacation to Bali. I took a bottle of Valentina black label with me. It enhances the flavor of almost everything!
I agree yucateco is the bomb
Should have done it as a blind taste test
gotta do these blindfolded!
This episode made me so hungry.
Valentina Black for the win…
Blind taste test and 3 individuals so theres a swing vote.
You have to go with the Valentina black lable.
I do think the seeding was off, and some of my favorites knocked each other out too soon.
yucateco is so good, they have this extreme spicy one that I think is labeled like XXX Mayan & I loooove it
its the same spice compared to others i think. website says its hotter but not by much
Should have had Melinda's also.
Melinda's Ghost Pepper is the most delicious sauce on the market.
I would loved to see the valentina on the other side of the board or cholula
lol tapatio is american too. valentina is the official mexican bottle salsa
Cholula is Mexican, too.
El yucateco
Tapatio doesn't have vinegar by the way, I was very confident that it did when my friend corrected me lol
Fun competition. I'd love to see what the papas say about Mezzetta's Habenero Hot Sauce. The label looks so goofy, but the sauce is surprisingly great!
Tapatio is king 👑 of these sauces
Pace is nice on scrambled eggs. You can put enough on to pretend you are getting some vegetables! (LOL).
Love these guys. I could watch their vids all day.
Tournament?! YES PLEASE ❤❤❤❤
Suggestion: Tournament of the best burritos 🌯🌯🌯
I still love Tabasco also.
I agree! It all depends on the food you’re putting the salsa on…..
The heartburn in the end lol damn
Swedish boy here, Valentina mucho picante is the best! black label and just awesome in it's balance of flavor and hotness. I also love the Yucantee? spelling sorry swede so, their sauces are good. I've got a liter bottle of Valentina mucho picante in my fridge, love it!
Might have needed a 3rd to break ties.
But was fun to watch!
The fact that Tapatio didn’t win is blowing my mind.
Not me Yucateco was a biggest staple in my family we all from Guadalajara all my tias and tios had a bottle in their house in my opinion it's a more Mexican hot sauce then tapatio
@@jesserobledo3439it’s way better imo than tapatio
Tapatio is a gringo salsa wtf
Yucateco is fire too though and spicier
Yacateco at Fred Meyer: $3.49 for 4oz. Tapatio at Fred Myers: $3.19 for 10oz, $1.59 for 5oz. If you put that stuff on everything (I do) that might affect the decision.
The Tabasco made with habanero is a gift from God just the right amount of heat and is a good pairing with most foods
Everyone in my family clowns me for putting Tapatio on my pizza
Thats the only way ✊🏽
Sounds delicious.
Yucatan Sunshine. Or Herdez habanero hot sauce.
I enjoyed these two men! Thank you.
So happy Marie Sharps is finally here in WA. Maybe someday it’ll make these competitions in future. Till then, it’s what’s in my fridge.
proud to rock my white boy salsa :D Pace and Tostitos. And Crystal for hot sauce
Papah! > Mamah!
😏
Woah woah woah... what is this slander?!
@@MamahChannel Mamah! >Papah!
Easy now. Whenever I see my Mamah and Papah arguing, it never ends well 😶
This was pointless without a blind taste test.
El yuc is the best hands down. Caribbean heat!
Great job Papahs 🎉👍❤😊
I’ve always thought cholula has hardly any flavor … maybe for eggs or potatoes in the morning. Tapatio has much more flavor and spice to me. They should try the habanero Tabasco ;) I love the Yucateco salsa flavors but never eat them since they’re filled with fake colors
Valentina black is way better than the original.
I like to add Tapatio to Pace.
I got used to the super hot sauce. 500,000 on the heat meter. People were wondering why I was howling at work.😂
I’m surprised that tapatío didn’t win! 😂 tapatío is more of a west coast thing than the east coast.
How the hell they never had yucateco!? That’s the top S tier for me , I use 2-3 bottles a week, also goes Tapatio and then black label Valentina
I have tapatio in my house, my truck, and my toobox. 👍
Blind taste test next time, but I LOVE this concept 🎉❤🎉
Franks(or tabasco) and Mac n Cheese is a winning combo though.
Blindfold the papas!
I absolutely love pace picante sauce. We couldn’t get it back in the day up in New York. Only when I visited AZ. Could I get it. The hot version is very spicy and I would put it on everything.
Stacked in El Yucateco's favor and I'm not mad. Those are two of my favorites and I love most of their sauces.
There should have been an odd number of taste testers to avoid tied between salsas and have a more fair and balanced winner.
Now I have to buy a bottle of Yucateco
Every bottle I've had has been good, but the black one is phenomenal.
All the sauces I've had from them have been great. Very affordable too!
@@spiderfishxto me the black is the worst, I prefer green and red but the xxx spicy is awesome and so is the Caribbean
I like tapatio but Valentina is the best store bought sauce for me.
Crystal and Louisiana have been my favorites for 50+ years
White boy salsa 😂😂😂😂
Now let's have them do this BLINDFOLDED! With Arturo lol

I'm a US American living in Germany and have the same plight. The hot sauces they do import here are crazy expensive!
Chalula garlic lime
Valentina all the way, tapatio lacks flavor

If im doing chips and salsa, Pace. For tacos the others are better. But I’m white 😂
I would never even imagine using any of these with tortilla chips, except for Pace, and Franks, I would *only* use on hot wings.
Tiberio is an OG
There are extremes in things called "hot sauce". There are the scorching vinegar types like Tabasco, and those that are more rich in chile flavor like Cholula, with many in between.
Should have had the Valentina black
no texas pete? shameful
Fuck yeah el yukateco is bomb
Is that brian holtzan?!?!? 😂
El Yucateco XXXtra Hot is the #1
Yah missed sriracha
Senior lechuga has a good hot sauce🤤
no way valentina was against tapatio from the bat. Shouldve been on opposite sides
Should’ve been blind ranking where they didn’t know which hot sauce was which
In my family we always used Pico Pica hot salsa.
Pico Pica is a California institution, but I don't think much known elsewhere. You never see it in taste comparisons.
How are two Mexican dads going to choose the Caribbean flavored sauce 😂
Yucateco is made with habanero, i think they went for the spiciness
@@ANGEL34319 but the green Yucateco lost to Pace 🤔
"Perfume salsa"😂😂😂 that how my dad from jalisco describes crappy tequila 😂😂😂 "le hechan perfume".
What should we have the Dads rank next?
I would say favorite Mexican drinks. Horchata, agua fresca, etc!
Bimbo brand pastries
A papah vs mamah
Have dads rate moms tacos
the El Yucateco brand has many great flavors, one of my favorites is their black label!
They should have included El Pato sauce. I was raised in the San Gabriel Valley and all my friends families would use El Pato sauce for most things.
very dissapointed.. el yucateco not running away with this.. i strongly dissagree, yucateco sauces go great with everything =(
Should’ve been blindfolded …. Disappointed
Tell us you know little about hot sauces without telling us. Marie Sharp's, Del Molcajete!?
Watching this brought me more joy. 🫶🏽
I'm usually nice but you guys f***ed this one up. How the hell does Valentina go against tapatio but you have pace vs la Victoria. Learn your damn ranking list before you put the best vs the best and the worst vs the worst
La valentina es riquísima y desgraciadamente México se pierde de la gran Tapatío.
Gringo Bandito's amazing, it's insanity they picked the Taco Bell sauce over it lol. That shocked me
I'm a white boy, but I don't care for Pace 😂 We put cholula on most things in my house, except for our local-Hawaii food...which pairs better with Tobasco because of the vinegar. I loved these perspectives and was surprised to see how well the American brands did.
Hot Sauce is the Best
Taco Bell sauce is good in its own category. It’s not the same as regular hot sauce.
Tapatio and Crystal are the ones I usually keep around.
You missed pica pica
Tapatio is gringo salsa, lol.
I enjoy Tabasco and it goes great with sea food and tinned fish like sardines
Taco Bell's Diablo sauce is AMAZING, one of my favs. And if you collect enough spare packs, it makes REALLY good hot wings. Try it sometime. You won't be disappointed!
I know they picked taco bell sauce, but it's some straight cap on the gringo bandito. It's full of spices and flavor and not super vinegary. I was a big sceptic but gave it a try and it was good. I mean honestly it's similar to tapatio maybe a little more complex flavor wise. Anyway do your own research and see which ones you love. El yucateco has always been up there for me!
