    maybe u wont see this comment since the video was posted a few years ago but i gotta write it anyway:
    thank you!
    i always wanted to draw cause i want to be able to capture moments that are important to me on paper with my personal touch (not just photograph it)
    but since my art teacher at school always told me how shit i am i thought i wasnt able to draw at all...
    when we drew hands he just took my sheet of paper and threw it in the trash giving me an F
    but with ur videos it becomes so easy especially to go on urself without help!
    so again thank you very much for ur videos theyre very much appreciated!

      ***** The thumb is ok but the fingers gets often short or too chubby or blobish.
      Feet is easier for me than drawing hands.
      I also think I forgot how to draw hands because some days ago was very easy to draw hands.
      Now I just know how to draw like a hand made by an 6 year old.

    Thank you so much, Markcrilley! The hands I drew used to look so demented, crazy, and weird, but thanks to you, the hands I draw look more realistic and less demented!

    Without these tutorials, I would have never gotten good at drawing hands. Now only after 3 tutorial videos and 2 hours of practice, I've gotten pretty good. Thanks for making these videos.

    It's so much easier to draw with a normal pencil when it comes to shading. I learned that the hard way..

    • @dutchgirlmaan2958
      @dutchgirlmaan2958 8 лет назад

      +jean johnsen I believed that too, but its not true. Its just that you (or at least I) progress veeeeeerrry slowly. But every single time you just get a liiiiittttle bit better.
      I'm still nowere near perfect, but at least I'm not drawing cirkles anymore.. xD

    I cannot begin to tell you how much you have helped me with my drawings, Mark! I was just a 9 year old who had no ability to draw whatsoever. Then I started getting into drawing anime and manga. I found your videos and started following along with them. I figured out first how to draw faces and bodies correctly next I moved on to arms which were pretty easy I just wanted to get the right length and thickness. You also helped me to draw hands which were really hard and I couldn't even draw a finger! Then I watched your video and I got it right! I also drew a realistic eye from your videos. Now I am almost ten and I am great at anime and manga. Sorry if this comment is too long, I just wanted to tell you how much you have helped me.
