    My son has used my PLC 20 for two school years grade 2-3 and now 4th grade so far and it’s held up wonderfully. Getting dragged on concrete tossed and just abused it still looks new and hasn’t faded either.

      It’s a great bag! The front pocket and tablet sleeve are my favorite aspects of that bag! Glad to hear your son enjoys using it too. He’s got good taste!

    Love this and glad Evergoods finally let go of their useless inner "loops" but I'd miss the water pockets. Hopefully they release a Civic 26L with better organisation 🤔

      From the comments EVERGOODS has left on some of their posts, it appears they don’t seem the loops as needed on the smaller bags, which seem to be under 22L.
      Personally, I’m a fan as they provide additional functionality and seem discrete enough if you don’t need them.
      What kind of internal organization would you like to see?

    Would be nice to see a quick comparison of this PLC20 and the CTB20 or CPL16

    "I've cut down"
    *proceeds to review every single Evergoods bag* 🤣
    Seriously though, your reviews are great - super clear, and with very interesting and practical observations

    I have almost every bag from evergoods and the one fabric I don't have is their solution dyed black, I have the same version of the bag you do, my only black Evergoods bag and it is a different textile

      I really like the 840d solution dyed material. More so than the 420d solution dyed from the CTB line.
      I think the 840d has a nicer hand feel and drapes really nicely.

      @@ECsEDCthe Xpac version of the CTB26 is a thing of beauty

    by design this directly competes with GoRuck design because of that front pocket.

    Which bag is your current favorite for edc (such as to coffee shops)?

    • @ECsEDC
      @ECsEDC  3 месяца назад +1

      Probably the CPL24 or perhaps my Filip Raboch Daypack. They both provide ample space for my laptop, tech, a bottle and a jacket or a few extra smaller items. I’d say the CPL16 but I like having just a little flexibility in extra volume.

      @@ECsEDC wow interesting choices, I really thought you would’ve said the CTB20!

      @ECsEDC  3 месяца назад +1

      @@mr_red13 I do really like it, but I’m still getting to know it. I’ll give it a fair shot and trial before I can speak about it dethroning the others.

    Is this version better than the newer one?

    • @ECsEDC
      @ECsEDC  3 месяца назад

      The older 1680d material is more burlier but I think overall the variant version is the better version. The 840d solution dyed nylon wears in really well and drapes nicely. It also is far superior to shedding dust, dirt, debris and hair (animal and human). That was a major critique with the 1680d material. Both are great, but the new version is superior, in my opinion.

    Can you fit the PLC20 flat inside the laptop compartment of the CTB26?

    • @ECsEDC
      @ECsEDC  3 месяца назад

      You could but I wouldnt due to the foam at the bottom of the front panel and the bags base. It’s far more structured and would probably be fine but I’d not risk it.

      @@ECsEDC a packable daypack would be better? Also between the PLC20 and the CTB20 which of this 2 would you lean more towards for your use case?
