I think you are not getting the work follow message bc of the holidays. They might have the no work option which is causing that. Also, if you analyze your metals, crystals, and elements there's a chance you can get elements which is good to do before sending them to the geo council. You also can randomly get elements from the Practice Analysis option on the analysis machine. It also quickly raises the logic skill!

The reason the fabricator isn’t working may be that you don’t have enough bits and pieces bc the game wont tell u
