I have a question my baby is currently 3 months old and my milk supply is reduced to negligible also i am not getting much time to pump and whenever i get some time I hardly get 20-30 ml with electric pump.
Should I go for this pump to increase my supply or is too late for that??

@@bhavya9877 no ..I faced the exact same issue .. But as per my lactation consultant IT'S NEVER TOO LATE... I live in nuclear family so I also had time issue for pumping but For baby wo mothers have to manage because breastmilk is the best magical product for babies health no formula can beat this..
So to answer your question
You need to have a good diet..
Must have and my personally tried and tested to increase milk supply are
1. JEERA ( roast some jeera without any oil or ghee and take 2 spoons full and drink half glass water on, you can take it like we take ajwain or normal tablets)
2. Don't miss Dudh daliya , this is very important
3. Start your morning with Ajwain, saunf and jeera water mix..
4. Take beetroot and tomato carrot juice as much as possible..it increases blood in body and we all know Blood makes breastmilk..
5. The most important you need to have atleast 6 bottles a day..drink one glass water when you start pumping and one glass after pumping to avoid any dizziness or dehydration..
