  • This song is dedicated to all of the stay at home moms, working moms, moms who work from home and ANY other mother out there. A lot of times, we as mothers feel unrecognized, under-appreciated and invisible to our friends and families. Being a mom is one of the hardest jobs in the world. But it's also the most rewarding. I dedicate this rap to YOU, momma, you are heard, you are seen, YOU ARE APPRECIATED! 🔥🔥🔥

      I'd love to hear your thoughts on a song about the realization that our parents having their own trauma and changing our perspective from anger and animosity towards them to compassion and understanding. That was huge in my recovery process. I carried anger for years. I felt so free when I finally healed and let it go.

    I found this song on a hard day... A single mom with no help i relate so much... Ppl forget I'm human too but no mental health break ... Taking care of my home mom and babies all on my own no help, no cs, no support period... I needed this tonight! Such an inspiration.

    I’m 42 yrs old a mother of 5 boys... This takes me back to being 21 and having 3 boys ages 5yrs-9 months and separated from their father...I don’t even know how would’ve made it out without the help of 3 special young ladies who kept me from going into a deep depression. Love this as it definitely hits home.

      Mother's get so much support from the government so many programs so much free cash it's almost beneficial to replace a father with the state. But yeah burping a baby is like swerving an IED in Afghanistan.

      Why do women one minute say they are stronger than all the men then the next minute say they are all the victims. They have 💪 emoji's one minute then they say they are mentally ill and are victims the other. It's disingenuous.

    • @rainbowsXregrets
      @rainbowsXregrets 3 года назад +1

      @@whitehorsedown6499 Maybe you should check out the literal definition/characteristics/symptoms of Substance Abuse Disorder? Or even just Bipolar? Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder? Check out how the symptoms/effects of each illness are so differently expressed or shown in men versus in women. The same diagnosis looks completely different in a man vs woman.
      And what a weak minded man you'd have to believe you can't have mental illness and still be incredibly strong, powerful, and resilient! What a weak minded man you must be to think that women getting more/better government and social support than men is a fault of struggling mother instead of the fault of an incredibly unjust and broken system. But instead of expressing resentment and discontent with the failure of our government and with our fucked up society as a whole, you want to belittle and beat down the women who are fighting that same damn struggle. The fact that men are mistreated and have a severe deficit of federal/social support does not mean woman are at fault or deserve to be mistreated by you or by any fucking other man or person. As a father, as a man, you should be fighting to have the same rights instead of fighting to take mother's rights away. Women who want equality in the work force don't want you to get paid less. Instead they just t to be paid more (aka paid the same as you men) when they do the exact same work as said man, with an equal education to said man, and an equivalent professional history as said man. Us making a fair wage, doesn't mean we have to take away your fair wage. Same thought with parental rights/protections/assistance/accountabilities/expectations/ etc. Just because a father, and/or man, should also have fair accessibility and application of these resources and abilities doesn't mean that a mother, and/or woman shouldn't have them.
      Fight for fairness and equality. Spend your time looking for differences between you and everyone else and differences are what you'll see. But instead spend your time looking for similarities, and way you can relate to people around you and you'll start realizing you have way more in common than you do different to the people and world around you.
      I probably wasted more time than you'll see any value in with what I've written. But that's ok. Maybe you, or someone else who saw and read this conversation, will take just even one thing I've said in this conversation onward with you in your life and encounters with others. That would be incredibly more than worth the time in typing.
      Sending everyone light and love to everyone in these unnerving and unpredictable times. I hope we all move on into times of good health, hope, and happiness.
      💚💛♥️
      One Love, Y'all.

    I wrote a song similar to this. The sound and lyrics are obviously different but the garage part hit close and I also mentioned that in my song. My wife would be the first to admit that during her affair she would be gone all day working (at her Moms but she had the opportunity to work at home and chose not to because the kids were “too loud”). Then after the hardest, loneliest day of my life, she’d be off. And I’d be so excited to see her and to also get some relief from the baby/older kids. But instead…she always went out into the garage. It was a traumatic time in my life. So much has happened since then and it just made me feel better another woman wrote a rap song about the same struggle as me. It’s different but damn…it’s also the same. You’re an amazing artist. Don’t ever stop. 🖤

I am grateful for the sacrifices she made. I think I love this song almost as much as 2 pac "Dear Mama" where he shares lyrics to his mother in dedication to her. Chanda, You have tread a hard road. I hope you meet a nice young adult male who will be able to be somebody you can relate to.

    My mom loss the love of her life in our day you use to pump gas from the back of your car not on the side like these days ! A drunk driver pulled into the gas station and crushed him between his vehicle and my dads . The vehicle caught on fire it exploded my dad was burt beyond recognition I'll never forget being 5 yrs old hearing my mom scream the most painful screams . My mom took care of us all she is a pure rock . We never speak of my dad much these days my mom turned 80 yrs young she never loved another nor married another and it brakes my heart to think she actually never had time to mourn I don't think she truly let go of that day . He was going to see her performance my mother is a very well know singer of her era and I honestly think she blames herself she told my dad they were going to have another baby my poor mom never could hold our baby brother for the longest time and in some way he to has held grief I think because him and my mom didn't bond immediately I believe a child feels that mothers love right from the moment they are born . Tradgic as it had been we know that she is not alone people loose a dad or mom or both parents and move on however, we call it going through the motions . Our dad was a musician as well played guitar once he was released from the airforce theres a song called THE GREATEST LOVE by the late JUDY CLAY it's my moms song it starts out the greatest love I ever had was the love I had for you . It's a great oldie from the 70s I don't remember why I'm writing this I guess it's to help in some way everyone has a story I know not one goes through life without having one or both of there wings clipped or worse broken but if you remember anything remember this , the only happiness you will ever have in life is to give love and be loved . A quote by George Sand No matter your struggles love gets you through.. Peace to all put here hurting ...
