I’m so happy to be able to see your medical school experience in more detail now that you’re back in person! Hope you’re finding your feet and enjoying it all! Best of luck this year ☺️
So pleased to see you enjoying being on campus for your studies, and getting a chance to experience some fresher's fun at last. I've just started 2nd year podiatry and it is soooo good to be able to study in the library this year. I already have my favourite area in there 😂😂😂
I’m exactly the same it’s made such a huge huge difference being back in person this year is so so much better already! 🥰 good luck with this year Adele not that you need it!
I loved this so so much! I just finished my first placement day if first year and so so glad it was in person. I am so amazed you did it online last year it must have been so challenging
Thanks so much emily and so happy your enjoying it 💗. It was so hard having everything online last year but it means this year feels so amazing in comparison!
Birmingham recs for lively places - Jukeboxers (so fun!!), Tonight Josephine, The Jam House, Luna Springs, Cuban Embassy, Prince of Wales (Moseley), Manahatta, The Night Owl, Birdies! Hope this helps!!
I feel the same with uni feeling so different! I’m a second year nursing student and I can’t even stress enough how things just feel different. I feel like I’ve got used to it now however it’s taken some time to get used too cx
Another fab video!! 🥰 You’re such a queen 👸 and so inspirational!! So lovely to keep seeing you at med school too- constantly fan girl inside 😂 Thank you for sharing your experience- it’s so motivational! Lots of love and hopefully see you soon x ❤️
Thank you so so much ❤️ really means so much!!! I’ve literally been there everyday it’s so nice to be in person more this year. So happy to know you enjoyed the video and yes see you soon ☺️ xxx
Hey I'm a first year medical student and just found your channel and all your tips are amazing! I'm struggling using anki and have no idea how to set it up properly, when would a video about anki be coming out?
Aw I’m so glad, hope your enjoying 1st year! I’m trying to get this out ASAP so many people have said it would be helpful so I’m making sure to get this out really soon! ☺️
Thank you so much for the vlong! I really want to do medicine at uni of Birmingham too, but I have no idea what the requirements are, if you wouldn't mind, could you please explain how you got in and what grades you had to get to study there please?
I know everyone’s loves anki and I’ve heard loads about it but the only problem for me is that it’s not free :( I took your advice about not making notes and just making flash cards straight from the lecture and older years notes and it has helped me a lot more to actually understand what it is I’m reading. However I use quizlet because it’s what I’m most used to. Is this just as good as anki?
A lot of people love quizlet, I really love it too but personally I prefer anki. It’s definitely worth having a try with both and just seeing what works best for you because everyone is different. I’m trying to get a video all about anki out ASAP so keep an eye for that. Also anki web is free for laptops to download that’s what I use ☺️
Hi i love your videos and glad to see you are settling back in to med school, in this video you wear a beautiful pearl necklace, can you tell me where it is from thankyou xx

Ones an iPad and ones a laptop, I got my iPad for med school and then the laptop with the DSA as I’m dyslexic. I find it really helpful to have a laptop for editing and I also use both so I can watch the lecture at the same tip. But you could do the same thing just using a computer and iPad.
I’m so happy to be able to see your medical school experience in more detail now that you’re back in person! Hope you’re finding your feet and enjoying it all! Best of luck this year ☺️
Thank you so much Alison means a lot ❤️

What type of tablet your using?
I was wondering why you have two laptops ?
