Hello Anna What about practising some "shinrin yoku" after the exams, a Japanese way of relaxation, known with us as "bathing in the forest": Observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help both adults and children de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way. I’m a shoes off when at my laptop, but I’m training to be a dental nurse and one of the dentist in my practise always takes his shoes off 🙈 not the best though when we work with so many sharp objects 😕
