This video discusses the 6 subphases of systole and distole of the cardiac cycle including 1. systole: isovolumic contraction, 2. systole: ejection, 3. diastole: isovolumic relaxation, 4. diastole: rapid inflow, 5. diastole: diastasis, 6. diastole: atrial systole.
