Hey Miles, I'm a mental health nurse and have a LOT of Kratom addicts that come in and go through a horrendous withdrawal (extreme nausea, hallucinations, nervous/anxious/panic attacks, pain in legs/arms,...), including serious convulsions and fainting... so please (everyone) lay off it, as much as you can!
Hi, i'm formed as wellness consultant and i'm from Italy, here Kratom is illegal due to his very high addictiveness, side effects and possible hepatotoxicity.
i typically leave silly comments but when you spoke about being thrown down the stairs it made me so emotional. i'm so fucking sorry that you were abused like that miles. i wish you nothing but love and healing x
New sub here. LOVE all this content. While having 2 kids that i ADORE&PROTECT with everything within this story had me upset and im not even an emotional person. Sorta like i wanted to be a protector. Sending good vibes!!!
@@farahsummers1171 Great to hear of another mature person turning vegan. Many people think this is a fad of the young people or that older people cannot change their eating habits. To both I say, No !!! Veganism is not a fad of the young nor is it impossible to change one's eating habits later in life. I learned from watching prescription medicines and a diet filled with animal products harm my parents and grandmother as I became a caregiver to them for 20+ years. I'm so happy I changed. Best wishes and health to you as well. 🧡🙏
6:30 So beautiful you are taking care of your inner child in terms of your trauma. Hoping your childhood self is no longer struggling with that story to a great extent Miles!
The way you speak about your girlfriend is just beautiful. Thank you for always being so authentic and honest- loved the video as always. P.s. I LOVE PARSNIPS
Miles covered everything from serious topics like personal emotional trauma and cancel culture to parsnips. And that is way we love him so much. Always unapologetic, telling it like it is. You're truly special
Isn’t it liberating when you realize that it doesn’t matter what other people think of you? I actually really believe that it’s none of my business what they say about me behind my back, or what they even think. The care factor is zero zero zero. It’s a beautiful thing.
Hi Miles, You can still say anything in 2021. People are just waking up to the bullshit and saying it’s not ok. Some Friends’ jokes were probably already problematic at the time and still are but you’re might not mind because you’re not the person they’re joking about. Of course your speech comes from love but that’s not always the case for everyone
Losing your job and having your life ruined is not an okay response to an edgy joke or a different political view. This is what cancel culture does do people. It silences everyone who thinks differently which leads to people not having discussions and not sharing their viewpoints. People are scared of telling their opinion out of fear of being canceled and that shouldn't be the norm Also, intend matters. If someone is purposely doing something to offend others it's obviously not okay. But the problem with cancel culture is that it assumes everything is done with malicious intent no matter the circumstances which results in people having their careers destroyed.
Miles... I have been watching you for a long time now, and i have never commented. But today, this video, i realized exactly what it is about you that I'm drawn to, because i am. Your complete honestly and sincerity. You truly are a very intelligent person with the absolute best attitude about life! For the record, i am a 58 yr old woman in California, recently widowed from the love of my life of 38 yrs. and dealing with a broken heart and a grieving soul for my life's mate. I struggle with my weight, but i always come here to get back on track, because you motivate me to eat healthy, and i appreciate you for that. I loved what you said about speaking your mind and standing up for truth, and not giving af about what others think or offending anybody. That's my philosophy too, but to hear a young person in 2021 say this is SO refreshing!! I am very glad you've found the love of your life that makes your soul happy. Hold on to her forever and cherish each moment. God bless you.
Miles 💚💚💚 not much to say - just sending you love! So sorry for everything you’ve gone through, and so proud of how you bloomed into this frickin lovely person despite it all. We’re all happy you’re here!! :)
You are so right about parsnips, sometimes I make parsnips soup and I'm overwhelmed by my cooing skills until I realise that the parsnips really did all of the heavy lifting. Under rated!
I loved when you stopped to give the child you a hug. At 30 I’m just slowly getting into those layers of life. Can’t wait for u.s tahini! This Trader Joe’s stuff isn’t cutting it.
im suchhhhhh a people pleaser but those final few words were so refreshing for me to hear! everyone always has opinions and you're so right! we can't cater for everyone! love that!!
Thank you for being one of the few out there who still speak their mind! This world has gone mad trying not to offend others with simple truths & we need to excersise our freedom of speech. Love the work that you put out & mostly the work you put in for yourself 🙏🏽
Why is it that the most beautiful/profound people have been thru the most fucked up situations! I'm so sorry you were abused and treated that way as a child 🥺 I started to cry knowing the person you are. Horrible. God source had blessed with so much healing and that's a miracle. Lots of love 💕🌼🤍 for everything you give to the 🌎 world!
I have to thank you for you’re the reason I turned vegan a couple of months ago and I am super happy about it and am feeling way better with myself both physically and mentally. I love your honesty and it’s the reason why I follow and listen to you (besides your awesome recipes that I am constantly replicating :) )!! I agree 100% with what you said in your segment about what you hate the most about 2021 and “Cancel culture” and everyone being triggered and offended by everything, and being ALLOWED to be offended by everything... It’s got to stop but I doubt it will. 🤦🏻♀️
I love honest content like this. Also, the way you talk about your partner and women in general so respectfully is just 👌 It takes someone secure in their masculinity to say what you did. Mutual respect woo hoo ✊ Know that this little community supports you and appreciates your authenticity.
I actually was also abused in a similar way to you. Got thrown down the stairs or dragged down the stairs and then thrown onto my bedroom floor. Most of it was gas-lighting and emotional abuse/manipulation. Thankfully that person is out of my life, but it darkened my childhood/early adolescence and I'll never be able to fully rid myself of the effects of that. Big hugs to you Miles! (and little Miles)

Your openness is so encouraging for your viewers. You say you can’t say anything without offending but the people you may offend weren’t receptive to any messages outside their rigid beliefs. Thank you for being so honest about stuff. That’s actually really inspiring. And i’m Sending support. Trauma is the worst. Still trying to deal with mine. And same about only living for others. Still trying to break free from that.
Idk dude, your view the freedom of speech thing seems very privileged. We CHOOSE not to say certain things because we’re sensitive towards people’s triggers or even traumas. If someone tells you it’s not right to say certain things it’s because they don’t want others to get hurt, not to police you. You’re still free to say everything you want but those around simply notice problematic stuff more now and will just not nod along with everything. I like you and your stuff but I think you’re not seeing the whole thing
The split in the beginning motivated me to stretch while watching your video :) Hearing your point of view was really refreshing and kinda releasing.. ^^
I'm glad you said this because I took kratom for maybe like 2 weeks recreationally, as I smoke weed nd believed that bc it was natural it would be fine... I was already addicted to it in such a short period of time.. thankfully when I got back to my own country it was much more expensive so I wouldn't buy it or I would probably still be taking it. I even had itching when I was coming off it like you would with other opiates. I would like to say I wouldn't take it again but I probably would if I had cheaper access to it.. just being real. Thanks for bringing this up though.
16:30 Actually, now EVERYONE has the freedom of speech. And that apparently is somehow an issue too because people who spread the negativity have the right to express the hate too
If you watch videos of a certain creator regularly, you always get their newest video recommended on the start page of RUclips 🤷🏼♀️ at least I do... No need for the bell 😅✌️
If anyone else has experience with Kratom (good or bad) please let me know down below? love to all of you 🖤

not my experience, but my friend got really bad withdrawals from it ? not sure if that’s common or not but yeah
it made me violently sick (thankfully) so I could never take it enough to get addicted. thank you for talking about this openly :)
My husband takes a 1/4 tsp whenever his back flares up, probably a couple times a month and it helps him.
