I’ve never seen him get the tone of something wrong on a song before this is a first. But regardless it was a good cover

It’s missing a chorus effect

I tried doing it without a chorus pedal as a lot of people seem to assume it’s just tremolo, which sounds close but missed the phasey element, which to me sounds more like their guitar being slightly out of tune, not 100% sure.
Regardless, it’s because my guitar is quite high in the mix so it masks over anything from the original :)

@@HarryAndAGuitar the playing isn't wrong at all I think it's something in the effects on the album version that causes it to almost modulate the pitch of the tail or something perhaps whereas this into is played super clean and tight and just feels like it's not got that same little weirdness
