This is how I feel. Nothing in my life has ever worked out. Every time I think I can finally have happiness, the rug gets pulled out from under me and I never get what I want. If I think it’s what I want, it becomes something I don’t want. Or I’ve worked so hard towards dreams only to never get what I want, and get to see other people get what I want with half the work I put in. I just don’t have any energy left to care about myself or my life anymore. I just don’t want to exist anymore. 💔💔💔

@@Siiggn i'm with you...feeling neglected and denied a voice, rejection is always my biggest fear and what i attract......i see your original comment was a year ago, but your recent message, just a week....that's attentiveness and care put in to an existence. for my own relationship with youtube anyway. have you found some solace? and been able to heal past neglect trauma through various therapies???
My mom was hell bent on making sure I lived the same crappy life she did. She wanted me to learn everything the hard way. I grew up thinking the worst of the world. I am 30. I cry daily over my confusion of what is right and wrong, what is real and not, what are just insecurities placed on me by my mother. She would smile sweetly, but was and is extremely sinister. I am still working on trying to take back my own thought. I know the universe is with me. I believe this. I know I do. Trauma is real and can mask that belief some days.
This resonates a lot. Hope you're doing well, we're all in it together. Keep showing up for and supporting ourselves, moving beyond what was taught. Forgiving for our own sake to access expansion, liberation. Take care

I struggle daily with what's right and wrong while having a good mom. Mine comes from lots of cultural exposure. Internalizing oppositions is heavy. Morality is highly subjective.
No doubt about it, we feel the universe is against us when our parents were a threat to us.

Sadly ,not only my own begetters ,but there are enough evil-minded individuals from the outer world who have done to me such awful things (I was raped as a little boy by a low-minded boor ,then after years I have fallen prey again to some other sadistic knaves who only because have seen me alone and strengthless victim-looking person , they grabbed me ,beat me up ruthlessly ,took me to some filthy house somewhere where they tortured me whole night ,making me to swallow agaisnt my will and for my unspeakable loathing , particles of so unbearably loathsome,off-putting things as human stools ,human seminal fluids ,dog's stools ,dog's seminal fluid,old motor oil ,chlorine bleach , shaved men's stubble).How could I ever forget these so unbearably nightmarish happenings...And as if all this hell was not enough ,the last year some other fiendish swindlers have targeted me as a victim and found a way to steal from me home and most of my savings and with this evil deed which I have undergone whole my life and my health is thoroughly shattered and I still live only because I am so afraid of Death and cannot put an end to my aching life. So , in my life's case ,it was not my father or mother but it was the OTHERS (who are part of this Universe) who have wreaked on me the greatest harms , forever unhealable wounds and unrightable harms for life which I shall undergo to the end of my life. This lady indeed said so wise and insightful thigns and hints ,but I am afraid some of them are not helpful for my own life's case.

My entire life has been a nightmare. For every day of joy I’ve had, I’ve gotten 1 year of pain. I’ve tried to be positive, but the more I try to be positive, the worse my life gets. Nothing I do makes it better, and I don’t even want to be here anymore.

I feel the world is out to keep me in the same place never allowing me to move up and having me work my ass off in order to stay in the race. It never eases up.
Look up the backwards bicycle. Your experience is because our brains are completely lazy. We believe we are carving out new behaviors and new thought process and it may work for a bit but because our brains want to do the most efficient thing we go back to the "more used" neuropathways.
Also our reticular activating system is a way of basically finding things in our environment that "matter" and discards everything it doesn't seem as important.
This system for traumatized individuals like myself will weed out any progress, goodness, and friendliness I experienced that day in lieu of the times when my adrenaline is high, I made a mistake, I was fearful ect because in my brain that served me as a child but hold me back now, THAT information helped me to avoid punishment and risk of failure in the past NOW it keeps me stuck.
Our brain can be trained. Learn about the operating system you are using as this isn't a moral or God thing it is a human thing.
When you keep surrendering to your Higher Power and nothing is changing....THAT is a message also to try something different.

It’s frustrating when you have a specific problem you can’t get over, you don’t know where it came from, or why you have this specific problem. You do everything you can to fix it and work on it. Yet you make no progress. It’s tough not to blame or get mad at the universe. I feel like it’s not helping me. Or Atleast guiding me to answers, despite my several attempts at asking for help.

But nothing is wrong with getting angry and blaming universe😂 if you understanded well if it not working out in your best interests it's because of your wounded blueprint by your parents so I think expressing your anger, pain and ect is even needed here if not necessary to regain touch with your authenticity, let's not make an enemy of the expression of negative thoughts and emotions. They are same important as positive ones. Both serve for awareness and creation.
@@iMikkeysat I hear you and have expressed both. Yet the problem persists. So it didn’t solve much other than me feeling ALL the feelings. It would be nice to actually make some progress and/or fix the problem, I want to be set free from it. I don’t think expressing anger is an issue at all, but yes it does get frustrating when ultimately we want solutions right?
This is EXACTLY how I have felt lately. I think I have felt this my whole life but just recently became acutely aware of it.

Sometimes i feel as if the universe really wnjoy watching me suffer, and no one understands, i get so sad and, depressed and sometimes so angry. So much emotions all except happiness. Everytime something good is suppose to happen its like the universe put an obstacle there to stop me from reaching it, when I overcome one that obstacle another comes along where i have no control over so i have to stop perusing.i ask the universe to take my life because i have nth else to give, my sanity is slowly being ripped apart from me, just end my life because i have nth else to give, but my im still alive, so it makes me think, does it just really dont want me to die to escape it but also want me to live but not succeed. Im stuck almost like in Limbo. I try to do the right things not because i wanted to be treated well but because ik its right. And all i get from my parents are crap because they dont try to understand n im tired of crying n im tired of being mad i need a break, a break from sadness n depression but thats all i get

Oh no ,not only the parents ,there are a lot of evil-minded , gloating individuals ( who are also part of this same Universe) who do us much more evil things than our parents ever have done to us .Such gloatingly evil-minded individuals from the outer world have always thwarted me in everything ,which I have undertaken and in the end wrecked my whole life and health...I am still living only because I find the thought of self-killing unbearably upsetting and deeply frightening although the self-killing is the best way to free oneself once and for all from the so evil sadistic workings of the Universe ...Yes ,notwithstanding everything, which many thinkers have said about the even-handed neutrality of the Universe ,in truth, the Universe can thoroughly wreck someone's life if it target someone to this end.
What's so amazing about some of these videos is how perfectly Teal connects with exactly what's going on within people. This connection as step one always intensifies the impact of the rest of her message, exponentially.

i once manifested a toothpick. i thought about finding a toothpick on the street for days really convincing myself that i will find a clean toothpick without looking for it. and then i walked down a street a couple days later and found like four toothpicks. every couple meters there was a toothpick in front of my feet. that was super weird.

And God has nothing to do with myself and my mind’s eye. Though perhaps that’s what God is in a sense, the realm of irrational/artistic potentiallity. Or at least that’s the same sort of thing that God can pull from to from. God afterall must have a world within, of pure imagination, without cause and affect, without rules, like we humans have - that’s what inspired everything. Giraffes, asteroids, etc.

I'm 25 yrs old & hate myself. I think that God or universe is sadistic & psychopathic. I wake up every morning & wish nothing but death. I have like 12 siblings.. none of them tried to talk to me ever & my parents are cold-blooded monsters (wouldn't give a damn even if I killed myself.. none of them ever hugged me), about friends I don't have any (used to have some who exploited me). I call upon the universe or any person (evil or good) to make a purpose for me to live, because I feel like committing suicide. I'll genuinely do anything. The only thing I want is a purpose. That's why I hate God, I'm not a bad person, it's vice-versa (bad corrupt bully people are happier).

I don't have any idea where to go now or what to do. I have no extra income for anything, so feel very stuck.

I just had the biggest a-ha moment of my life. Holey moley. The 12-step process is great Teal - Thank you for your support and taking us back to the beginning ... where it started. Thank you for not speaking the cultural mantras of "get over it" and "buck up" and all the rest I've heard through the years. I feel heard and seen through listening to you; empowered. I've been looking for EFFECTIVE actions I could take for decades. The talk therapy and psychology fields are awful. But first I had to go back and actually see that my mom was not my advocate and that I did not feel protected by her. Today was the day I acknowledged that for the first time and you give concrete actions for us to take to mend that experience and the ensuing experiences. The light workers think that if they tell me the Univ/God does love me, that some miraculous light switch will go on. Then of course I felt bad for not believing them. You said it; you nailed it. It doesn't work like that. It's a process to change a belief we have so much proof for. Thank you Teal Swan for all you do!!!

There are lots of bad things that shouldn't be. It is comforting to believe that everything is warm and fuzzy if you block your mind from thinking about what has and is going on in the world and not only what is happening in our comfortable North American lives.
I usually don't comment under videos, however I need to tell u that I am truly thankful for the content you are bringing out. I find it hard to put it into words. Perhaps it is best described by saying that the hole in my chest is fading and I am getting a feeling of calmness and hope whenever I watch your videos.

I used to feel that the universe was against me. I made one small change that made me feel lucky and that the universe is on my side. I decided to be happy, loving and forgiving. Normally people have this notion in their head that they will become happy ONCE (fill in the blank). Once they loose the weight, once they finish the project, once they find that special someone. The opposite is actually true. Become happy first then pursue you goals. Being happy is like a fast forward button on your ambitions. Humans function optimally when they are happy. Also forgive and be empathetic to other people. There is a saying which goes "Hurt people, hurt people". We need to break this insanity loop. People are closed-off because it feels to them that everybody is being mean to them. Just forgive people who have wronged you in the past. Forgive people who cut you off in traffic. Rather than cursing them decide to bless them instead. In essence there is no separation so for each person you bless you increase your own vibration. This does not mean you should let people walk all over you. But if you have a conflict with another person you'll find that the anger won't linger if you decide to forgive. Also stay away from people who are constantly unloving and unforgiving. There are individuals who you need to forgive and stay away from. They are the ones who see forgiveness as a weakness and they want you weak so they have control over you. If you try to amend with such a person they will attack you. If you want the universe to be on your side then start loving and forgiving and stay away from unloving and unforgiving people.

I used to believe this. After evything I went threw I decided it had my best interest at heart just went threw a milestone then something else has happened and it was the straw that broke the camels back and this mentality is my reality now. I've had enough. My faith counts for nothing and if there is any lesson the universe is teaching me is that I better not love anyone anything or any animal becouse I will loose it.
I feel this way also. Every time something good happens it is very short lived. I just feel like I am not destined to be happy.

@@tammymiles4369 thanks I'll be honest I'm not doing miles better but looking back I don't think theses videos did me any good. I thought they were at the time. Not saying that they did me worse at all either. But just meh.
I'm still spiritual just in a different way.
My parents abused me for years, I went away to college (they didn't pay for a damn thing btw. Even way back, not even diapers, food, clothes... never them, both employed teachers), I graduated and stopped speaking to them, and yet, THEY RE STILL TORTURING ME until this day. I tried my everything to have amount of time that I could spend without any of them in the same room. I am left so mentally crippled I can't work anymore. I can't spend a SINGLE day without having anxiety attacks, a good day is when I don't have a panic once. I am spending soooo much money on therapy and meds but it's not improving... There are no holes to be shot in that point.

I don't think God and or the universe is against me, rather I think the universe is indifferent to me and humans. I am not against me; I do not believe in God. It has nothing to do with trust.

Why would a creator entrap our spirits/souls with a physical form where we must experience physical pain to transition?
Pain and fear does not allow one to think clearly. Does anyone ever wonder why we are not able to leave our physical form at will without pain or fear of not knowing what to do next?

Um, that is how one should feel if we don't know all the facts and details. Earth life is Act Two. We came here without a full knowledge of Act 1. That's why we act by faith. The Universe WILL answer all questions, ALL questions, in time or eternity.
I'm FaBuLoUs But what if God is not to blame or is not the cause of our pain? If we didn't experience pain, why would anyone need or want faith? Why would people even aspire to become better versions of themselves or to raise their vibration if there were no suffering? I'm not saying that's why pain ultimately exists, whatsoever. Here's the problem: it's called word salad and ignorance. Those without any concept of their own regarding a God come on these videos to troll and argue with the preconceived notion that those of us who ARE spiritual, believe in a God that is closely related to the ideas outlined in some denomination or religion and assume we honor some humanlike God in the sky who dictates whether or not we are going to have a good day or bad day, and that thinking couldn't be further away from the truth of what our actual concept of God really is. If we believed in those ideas of God, you'd find us all in churches and not on RUclips. Lol. Or at least we wouldn't be following teachers like Teal but more so some fundamentalist teacher or what not. The lines of communication get crossed and these arguments become pointless as soon as you realize that.
I like some of the things you said but the steps you suggested won't do any good when you are convinced that universe punishes you because that's what you have seen day after day right from childhood. There are two solutions to this: 1) Total unconditional surrender, no questions asked, no matter what happens to you and live like that and 2) Be indifferent to the universe and the way it treats you. I think most would be happy if they choose the second option.

How about make a list of these 'coincidences' and see how often they actually occur and whether they are trivial or not. I would also want to know about this mentioning of perfect timing and what you mean by it?
Even the smallest things can have a big impact years into the future. I for example would not change even the smallest detail in my life because of that. My life has brought me to great wisdom even if it has been a very painful experience. Some people seems to be here in this world just to have fun, other have other things they want from life... I believe what ever brings you most happiness is right for you :) Don`t follow what other people believe but follow what YOU believe.
I had an absent father. Thats how I see God as absentee.
Well listen, I know already that everyone thinks it's all in your subconscious mind but, in fact, if you look it at it statistically, it is absolutely possible for someone to be incredibly unlucky in their life. Odds are that not everything will go against you, but maybe one in 100 bilion people (I don't know now the number, I am just giving an example) can have everything in life go against them, and they might just be smart enough to recognise that.

I take it into consideration.. Spirit Science is a young group of awakening people's attempt at putting this reality into a bigger picture view, putting all the pieces of the puzzle into a model of reality.. I'll take the information and see it as a possibility I can not verify. When I build my theoretical models of reality, I incorporate it as a variable piece of the puzzle, not an absolute fact.
There's two possibilities where religions originated:
Our minds, or from outer space.
Again, let's not pretend to actually have the answer. Ridiculing something you don't know any better about is arrogant

I did watch the Spirit Science episode you speak of, it's about the ancient civilization of atlantis that pre-dates recorded history.
What do you know of the civilizations that lived on Mars before it became a barren wasteland? Oh that's right, you don't know about it, none of us do. You just act like you know better.. but all you are really saying is you don't believe what they say. That doesn't mean you know. It means you simply reject their model of reality.. Well come up with a better one if that makes you feel better.
I know this hard to grasp, but anyone can come up with a model of reality. Will it be 100%? Of course not. NO MODEL OF EVER HAS, not even the scientific models. I can make a model based on all of the information I have collected since I began my research, and it may not make sense to you, but then again I absorb alot more information then you (Spiritual side and scientific side together)
You really do love to just pick and choose parts of what is said by the other person in a debate, don't you? As I clearly said, I use Spirit Science as a POSSIBLE piece of the puzzle, meaning that this piece of the puzzle can either be left out or included. I merely acknowledge it's possibility.
All those scholars you speak of hold a fragmentary model of reality. They can see within the peer review system, but that's it. They are very limited in their own way. I acknowledge their model of reality just like I do all other models out there. I understood some time ago that everyone has pieces of the puzzle, so I decided to put it all together, instead of just putting blind trust in any single group, like a bible thumper or a textbook thumper would.

I said that it either came from our imagination or from space. The ironic part of your Scientology argument is that they their religion is based on aliens coming to earth. It's not to say that all religions are actually from space, plenty of them are clearly scams.. but who knows what happened 10,000 years ago? Who knows if those were just made up? Do you, or are you just guessing?
My logic allows me to perceive a grander reality then yours does, since I am open to more possibilities then you.. So why does this mean I'm lacking?
Go back to your textbook if that's where you feel more comfortable. Let the open minds discuss the abstract subtle realms in peace.
