The red seal came undone when I cleaned the bin, I struggled to get it back in thanks to your video with very clear instructions I found the problem the locking tabs where broken I had to replace the red seal assembly thank you for posting. 👍👍

Either my hand isnt big enough to brace on either sides of the container or im not strong enough in the fingers… but thanks for showing me what is should be like
Dyson advertise it engineering/design, I have two of these, call me a fool twice, it's poorly engineered, heavy, flimsy at best. Oem are selling this ring parts tells a lot of failure on this part and many other parts often. Some engineering from England, scary.

My red ring and spacer kept falling off every time I opened it up to dump trash in it, had to super glue it to stop it from slipping off.
I did also, works well currently.
