Kevin, it is unlikely that Tesla will reduce the price of existing models. Tesla is already selling a Model 3 in Mexico with cloth seats, no rear screen, rear wheel drive, smaller battery and a few more cost cutting measures to reduce the price of this Model 3 by $3,000. I suspect that Tesla will refresh the Model Y and perhaps raise the price a bit on this model, while at the same time introduce a cheaper Model Y by making some of the same cuts as the Mexico Model 3 and they will introduce a slightly larger Model Y with 3 rows of seats and charge a premium price for this model. This strategy solves the affordability problem with their most popular EV by providing customers with three options to fit most people’s budgets.
Kevin, first page of the shareholders deck says, "preparations remain underway for our offering of new vehicles - including more affordable models - which we will begin launching in the first half of 2025." I think is very clear they are referring to a new car, they are "launching" a new model

I think Waymo is going to be deployed in most major cities by the time the robo taxi is ready to start. Even if it's not really fully autonomous, most of the demand are in the dense metroplex areas which Waymo has been steadily moving towards.

All 27000 plus foundation cybertrucks had FSD included as the 20k foundation upcharge together with some other benefits and accessories.
The take rate of FSD for the cybertruck was obviously 100% for the “early adopters “ since the foundation series came with FSD.
