The point is that the bishop came on to this radio show four months ago and lied. I see people to come in section saying that this guy is informant. It doesn’t matter if he is because the point is that the bishop fell for it and now he’s trying to lie through his teeth.

It sounds like the 5000 was for the connection to the mayor. NOT the car. That part don't make sense. He promised him some lucrative things through the mayor and charged him a 5000 connection fee. So basically the 13000 to fix the car was good. But then He's like yo. Either take off 5000 which makes it 8000 or give me 5000. Now. What person thinks about making a half million dollar deal with a stranger who's there JUST to fit his wife car fixed.
