You gotta love how despite being mutated into animals, both Mr. Freeze and Two-Face both stick to their trademark weapons.
Don’t forget about Harley and her mallet!
Also the part where the mutation cured his need for the suit in Mr Freeze case.

This is honestly the healthiest relationship between Harley and Joker I think I've ever seen.....
Maybe the new look came with a renewed interest. Jokers one motivation is his own entertainment so Harley suddenly being more interesting would make him more favorable towards her.
Or maybe the writers decided that since they weren’t big parts of the movie there was no need to throw domestic abuse in there.

If I didnt see who voiced it, I would still say Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill.. there was a few points on re-listening that you can hear subtle differences in the inflection, but I had to concentrate to hear it.
He did an amazing job. Conroy definitely would be proud imho.

@@NobaraGamezzz Mutagen is for a lack of a better term an unstable compounds that's effects can be random, most of the time mixes the subject with the dna of the last thing they touch but that's mostly been seen in humans, and it's not always. unless there's some kind of catalyst or something mixed in, the affected person could become anything, ranging from a mutant rat to a slowly deteriorating pile of goop.
The way Batman questions joker kind of reminds me from Batman beyond when he also seeks for someone which happens to be Tim Drake While in Arkham

Let me get this straight, Joker is a cobra, Mr. Freeze is a polar bear, Two-Face is a two-faced, two-headed cat, and Harley Quinn is a hyena.
Yeah, that's about right. Also Scarecrow is a crow, Bane is a Jaguar/leopard, and Poison Ivy is a tree.
And Batman literally is a giant Bat.
Imagine how Triggered The Penguin would have been if Mr.Freeze was a a Penguin and he himself was a polar bear.
The way the ooze traditionally works, I know that Harley's pet hyena's left their dander and shed fur on her so the DNA was there for her to mutate into a Hyena mutant. I do also like the fact she looks like a cartoon character as well. Poison Ivy has a lot of plant DNA in and on her, so she turns into a zoantrope. But the others I'm not sure, other than story convenience.
Freeze makes sense because he is in cold temperature, and maybe, Two Face, got cat fur somewhere? Or maybe it's just like that. Idk

It's most likely just character and personality. Mr Freeze got polar bear, Scarecrow got crow, the animal forms seem to take from a personality nature.
With Joker's, it just makes sense. The guy a literal snake in the metaphorical term already.

I can see that being the rationale in this animation.
TMNT was really clear about the rules of Mutagen in their comics, movies, and TV shows. I guess the workaround would be that the Mutagen is not from Science Company, TCRI, and the aliens (The Ultrom) who were stranded on Earth in the OG comics and later revisited in the 2003 TMNT TV series). I think only in the IDW comics has Mutagen become almost totally random. I say I think, Bebop and Rocksteady had their animals chosen.
That said, they could easily just say , Each Villain got to choose the animal they would be mutated into, take a few samples from the Gotham Zoo, and there you go. Why the Joker would choose a snake might say more about him than their animal chooses says about anyone else.

This movie was really fun and unique. An unexpected crossover that oddly worked, plus the mutated Gotham villains were beyond awesome. So yeah I’d totally be down for a sequel honestly!
This proves just how bad Two-Face’s condition is. His split personality disorder is so severe he actually is two people with one mind that even the mutagen recognized it.
