Facing the truth: Having the difficult conversation
I want to change my way of thinking but in order to do so, I have to be real with myself and talk about the issues I have.
Hey guys. In today's video, I decided that it was best if I share this side of myself with people. This has to be one of the most vulnerable things that I have ever done but as I look forward I feel it's right to share. My Insecurities have weighed me down for a very long time, with me trying to keep up this happy routine when really, I was suppressing my true feelings.
It's really a tough spot to be in as I'm sure some could imagine or maybe have been through themselves. This is just the beginning of the transformational phase. I hope you enjoy and feel inclined to share with me what your struggles are.
